If I had some serious altering to do, I wouldn't bring it to Stitch It because I don't know how well they are trained. However, I am more than comfortable with them doing simple alterations like shortening pants, replacing buttons, and fixing zippers. I have been to Stitch It in different locations and I have never been disappointed with the work they have done with simple alterations. I find their prices to be reasonable, their service to be pretty good, and their work to be solid.

As soon as I entered the lady working today guided me to the proper machine for my wash, and also helped me out with an issue I had with getting it started. When I started drying I didn't realize that my comforter/duvet was made of feathers. The attendant realized this in my absence and moved my item to a larger dryer , for proper drying.
