I remember picking up a dress and debating "do I want to try this on..." and right away, one of the gals came over and asked if she could start me a fitting room. It didn't feel like a salesperson pouncing on a sale. It felt almost like a slumber party atmosphere! The original sales gal and 2 other workers were now involved and they made it so fun! Once I got in the fitting room, it felt like a fashion show. But instead of everyone telling me "everything looks great/cute" (toxic positivity), they were using their expert language and asking ME how I felt or what I thought. I really appreciated that! They grabbed me other sizes and showed me other versions of outfits (wide leg pants vs. oversized button down vs. shirt dress). I actually wore one of the shirt dresses out! As I was checking out, I noticed another part of the store. I completely walked right past it! And that was their jewelry side! I fell in love with 2 necklaces on that side! By this time, the owner had come out and it was a full blown party. I recently lost my mom - out of habit, I went to call her to ask which of the 2 necklaces she loved best. I had to use the gals at the store to be my stand-in-mom-energy, and I ended up treating myself to both! Now those pieces were expensive (both 14k!) but I wear them every single day. They remind me of my trip to Maui

Sometimes I feel like a wild woman, so I thought I'd check out this spot. I was on the hunt for a bikini - Maui has fantastic bikini designers, but I wasn't in the mood to spend $160 per piece. Spending over $300 for a bikini just seems wrong, at least in my book. This shop carries a wide variety of bikinis - especially ones for those over 30 who don't want half of their butt cheeks hanging out. There is even a bargain basket where I scored some bottoms for $10. The patient, helpful owner of the shop helped me score a very cute tropical print bikini that was 50% off. All three pieces came to $71. Score! The shop also carries crystal jewelry and other accessories. It's small but well curated. Highly recommend!

Most of the fabrics were modal blends and linen. The prints were lovely. I tried on and purchased a beautiful purple print swing dress. It is pretty and comfortable. I asked if it is ever possible to have an item you love made in another fabric or if a different size can be made. The answer was yes--they can do the custom orders. The quality, service, and value are all there. Instead of mass-produced fast fashion, you can get locally-made fun clothes right on Maui. I look forward to visiting again and again.

They're so so kind. I was excited to visit the storefront and was not disappointed. There's lots of parking, the store is open and bright. There's a clearance section, but I love that it appears to also house the patterns for the clothes! When I was shopping, I'm pretty sure the owner was also cutting fabric. So cool to see the clothes being made! I tried on a dress, which the owner pointed out was a little shorter than the others. She offered to make another one if I wanted a longer length. I thought that was such a nice gesture!

Again, after yet another hearty breakfast at Kihei Cafe today, I stopped in with my friend and ended up spending so much more...however, I am exceedingly happy with all of my purchases! Most of all, I've been extremely happy with the customer service I received both times. Friendly, affable and not pushy at all -- I did not feel pressured into hurrying up and looking around and then made to feel like I had to get out if I did not purchase anything. I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me when I first came in, but she turned me on to Bootzie's essential oil perfume. SO YUMMY and it smells wonderful. The second time I came in (today), I ended up buying 2 shirts, a gym bag, a ring, and 3 bracelets. Definitely one of the better, more fun shops that I've visited on the island. I will definitely recommend this place to friends who visit Maui. This was also so close to the house we stayed at as well. Very cute and worth the money I spent. Am happy to contribute to this local business.
