Buyer BEWARE!! Spent $700 on a brand new board. It was used less than 10 times. Then it snapped in…read morehalf - see pic below. We walked into the store and the three employees said they had "never" seen anything like it before. One of the employees said she had not seen this in "25 years". Brian, the owner is called over and says he sees this "once a week" and there's nothing he can do. He refused to take even a dollar off a used board and said it was our problem. He also said rather obviously untrue things like "I'm already losing $50" on each used board he was selling. I think anyone who can add or subtract knows this isn't the way a business would stay in business, although he obviously has. I would dissuade anyone who thinks this is a reasonable Business - and watch out because he said that you could go out "once" and "for the first time" on the board and have this happen. This is obviously shocking as $700 is a huge amount money I thought would provide years of surfing, especially when going a few times a season. Honestly, very disappointed in the owner as even his own employees were clearly honest when all 3 said they have never seen this.

There was an expiration date on the GC. Went into the business to ask for an extension so I can use the GC next summer and they said no. After explaining it is illegal to have an expiration on a GC the employees looked it up on the computer and found that we were correct. Harbor outfitters still refused to extend the GC knowing that what they did was illegal! I usually will visit this place several times during summer but I will not go there anymore. They have no problem with stealing money !

It lasts for about an hour to complete if you take your time. Once back you can still goof around the Fish Alley marina. This is s good time for pictures. We met the owner and instantly felt 100% comfortable and at home he was very knowledgeable and personable and reminded me of something. I found SUP via google and the reviews and prices made my search complete. I actually had a staff member Dominick accompany me on his paddle board and he was awesome. He showed me the ropes though the choppy waters and gave me a safe and adventurous tour. Great place. Great people. You will be in good hands!
