But last time they called me to change my appointment and book with someone else 20 minutes before my appointment, and that jimmy is very busy he has 20 appointments today and is coming late to work today, telling me to see someone else. My appointments always booked well in advance knowing that why would jimmy booked 20 appointments if he can't accommodate all his patients. I won't recommend him at all. Very bad customer service too. Jimmy is very arrogant and rude person. Very very bad experience.

Anyway, I was skeptical to go to a RMT during Covid time. But with the Covid cases going down, I felt like I should make a booking especially my plan covers 100% up to a certain limit. So I went in and made an appointment with Marco Lapena. I came in with a sore shoulder and after the treatment, I felt really good. My shoulder is less stiff. I booked other upcoming sessions with him. Also the place looks really clean and organized. I highly recommend coming here. Marco is a really cool guy and I had a great chat with him. All Covid protocols are in place.
