I always seem to have problems holding tension in my shoulders, after a session with Tracey the stress up there melts away. She's also great to talk to. I was having a stressful day once and she spent a half hour talking to me about it. And she didn't let it take up any session time. I felt bad and offered to be for an extra half session but she absolutely refused. She's awesome! Then about six months ago I hurt my back doing crossfit. It got so bad that if I bumped into anyone playing hockey my neck would just cease up (ouch!). After two sessions with Enrique it completely stopped. And I feel like my shoulders are resting naturally for the first time in my life. The reception is a total sweetheart too!

For the past 36 years I have had Fibromyalgia which for me has been a lot of muscle spasms. Gillian identified some key issues, gave me exercises and gave me guidance in doing them properly. This has resulted in a reduction of the muscles spasms and generally being able to sleep better, and has also helped to resolve my urinary issue. Gillian is a very dedicated, knowledgeable and skilled Physiotherapist who has helped me a great deal.
