My mother's health has had many ups and downs over the past year, with significant low points and some glimmers of hope. Despite the ever changing nature of her prognosis, the hospice doctors, social worker, and nurses have all gone above and beyond to provide resources and suggestions every step of the way. As the primary caretaker for my mother, I never felt in the dark about anything in the decision-making process - their professional input and compassion have been absolutely invaluable. A special shout out to Vivien, Julie, Tui, Yuki, Koko and Ramon, who have been absolutely indispensable in ensuring my mom is comfortable and cared for. If you ever find yourself in the difficult position of choosing a hospice for a loved one, I highly recommend Cottage, you won't regret it.

There was plenty of parking when visitors came. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a small place so you get to know everyone very easily. The living room is very cozy with a fireplace and large glass windows with a view of the inlet (water).
