I am a former employee. If you want a great paint job hire…read morethis company. If you are looking for a job, here's what to e pect when working for this company: 1. You will be cussed out on a regular basis by your boss. 2. There will always be the very real potential of physical violence, he has a long history. 3. If you have a difference in political opinion he will scream and belittle you so loudly it can be heard 3 houses down from the inside, and it will definitely be degrading words. Even if you are a twenty year old young lady trapped in a closet. 4. If you are a rookie you will get little to no training while you are expected to perfectly learn everything on your own OR to learn from an alcoholic man who by his own admission "is not a teacher" 5. You will receive harsh criticism for every mistake you made with little to no acknowledgement of anything you do right. 6. You will be told you are wrong and unintelligent for literally doing exactly what you were told, word for word. 7. And for all this you will make less than what you would make for BDW, even tho the company charges more than any other company on the mountain. 8. The boss will tell you he is struggling to pay you what you are worth even while he owns multiple houses with 10+vehicles and 20+ pieces of 2A equipment. 9. If you do quit after putting up with all of this for years, you will receive a death threat by one of his closest friends telling you that if you ever return to the mountain his gang (militia) will kill you. 10.Good luck surviving Steve Rapp

When you left, I asked you are you sure you want this job and it was not to big for you. You said, Yes I would love to do the work, and this was not to big of a project. You said that i would receive the proposal in a week to two. Well it has been over six weeks. This just makes me mad. Being a business owner myself, I had to leave a job to meet with you. Meaning I lost time and money. Then not to receive a estimate, that really upsets me. All you would have had to do was call me, and said you are still working on the proposal, and or you did not want the job. Either way I would have been fine with it. Nothing, and wasting my time bad business.

If you're looking for someone who will answer your phone calls, show up when he says he will, can actually do what he tells you he can AND do it in the length of time he says he will; takes pride in his work and is dependable and honest, give him a call! We cannot sing his praises enough! We highly recommend him! Email him at nick@valknuthandyman.com or call him at 602-565-4476. If you wish to see pictures and learn the details of the original/horrible "deck" it took Matthew Halderman, owner of All N 1 LLC almost 6 months to "build", go to my review of All N 1 LLC, Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ - you will be sorry if you hire him or anyone who works for him, trust me! He repeatedly lied to us, strung us along and milked us out of thousands before abandoning the project, leaving us with an unsalvageable mess that thankfully Nick agreed to fix for us. Nick completely tore everything down and started the deck all over again. We hired Nick on June 12th and he began demolition on that same day. He finished the rebuild, including paint, on July 7th and the County Inspector gave us the green light to move in on July 10th. Mind you, Nick did the tear-down and rebuild in 4 weeks AND did it all by himself! Thank you, Nick! We appreciate you and wish you all the best - you deserve that and so much more!

The initial job was OK, but the warranty lacks follow-up from Nick…read more My new Shower worked fine for almost a month. Then I discovered water around the outside. It got worse, and Nick came out and fixed the leak. It seems that a few nails had hit the water pipe, an installation error on EAA's part. Nick fixed the problem within one day, including the damage outside the bathroom caused by the water. The problem is that Nick refuses to finish up the job. He used black screws on the fascia(?), reversed the hot and cold on the shower valve, and did not re-caulk two vertical seams. The fascia also needs to be repainted so the black screws don't show. I have been bugging Nick for about 3 months; he texts me that he will come in a few days, and then nothing. He eventually told me I was on the schedule for 9 months out. At this point, I do not believe anything that Nick says.
