Unfortunately, this business offers NO customer service. We sent emails and tried to call with No…read moreresponse. We arrived at opening time and were rudely greeted with "you don't have an appointment?" The information on the apartment guide was completely false in terms of availability . Furthermore, we were told that the application would take as much as 120 days to approve. So without explanation, I think this is a different animal. Maybe it is all income qualified through the affordable housing program, but not available for cash customers. I think they could put up notices of explanation to help avoid folks driving a bazillion miles based upon inaccuracies found on the subscription apartment finding services. They should remove their listing from these services and replace their rude representative. It is a lovely property and will be, but not with present management.

Everyone else is very self-serving. This property is way too expensive for what you get (or don't). I stand on that today as well. these are very nice apartments, and they are new. I was the first one to live in mine. The experience has been so great. I will break down the pros and cons of this place. 1. That Ana in the office is amazing . I smile everytime I see her because she has great energy . I needed something very important. And she was professional and followed every step letting me know she had to speak with her manager first. 2. The property manager is just as great and had such a good personality. She's very humbled and does not put off the vibe that she's the boss but instead treats you like family. Someone delivered my package to the wrong apartment complex and she went all the way over there to get it for me and I gave her permission to put it in my apartment, and when I got home it was there. Something she totally did not have to do. 3. The maintenance guy- coolest guy ever. I've never seen a maintenance person so much in my life. meaning he is just walking around the community making sure everything on the outside is always OK but is always there and has handled every situation immediately. most times I never have any issues just basic stuff like maybe water filter. IF I WAS'NT Eventually buying a house I'd stay here. If you don't believe me, go check out their amenities. This place is epic.

Not sure how people actually get a place to rent here.

**Unaddressed Safety Issues - Building 2**…read more On Jan. 21, 2025, around midnight in Building 2, my neighbor's intoxicated family member in Unit 301 began yelling, kicking, and pounding on my door, as well as the doors of other nearby tenants. I had to brace my door to prevent him from kicking it open. Concerned for our safety and the safety of my children, who were sleeping at the time, my wife and I called the police. They arrived, arrested him, and took him away. He also left blood splatter in front of my apartment door, which still remains there. Two days later, my wife and I noticed that he had been released. Since then, we haven't been able to sleep well and have been feeling unsafe in our apartment. My wife reported the incident to the office staff (assistant manager), expressing her concern and stating that we no longer feel safe, especially since we have children. She also mentioned that we are considering breaking our lease because of our safety concerns. However, the office staff my wife spoke to showed no concern and failed to take any action when she informed them about the blood left on the floor in front of our door. Despite her request for cleanup, it still remains. It's clear that management is more focused on collecting rent than on tenant well-being. **Issue #2:** - Management requires tenants to pay for trash disposal, but my trash is hardly ever removed, and I have been disposing of it myself. - The elevators are still unsafe and not functioning properly. They continue to shake, indicating that management does not care about tenant safety. - The hallways are perpetually filthy and emit a foul odor. Don't be deceived by the pictures posted online. - Fire alarms have been going off late at night and early in the morning without any fire or smoke detected. This is a significant nuisance, especially for children who need to sleep for school and others who work. - During our time living in this apartment complex, we have frequently witnessed and heard fights or disputes occurring late at night or in the early morning hours, which are extremely disruptive. Despite raising this ongoing issue, no action has been taken to address it. On multiple occasions, I have had to open my balcony door to ask them to be quiet, and I have also called the police, but these actions have not resolved the problem. I am contemplating seeking legal advice since we have expressed our concerns for safety, but management insists that we cannot break our lease and that we are not allowed to defend ourselves in case of a break-in or if we are threatened by our disruptive neighbor. I will also report the issues and concerns expressed by myself and other tenants regarding a possible inspection needed for safety, environmental, and health hazards that have gone unresolved throughout the entire apartment complex
