I have since been back and bought numerous things such as, pine shelfing unit, quality pine wardrobe, makita cordless drill set, blu-ray movies, a fully reconditioned dyson, a guitar tuner.. i've had no problems with anything, some electronic items have outlasted new items which friends have bought at the same times, i think this is down to the keen eye & experienced testing that is done before the items are accepted for sale. When doing research at places I know pretty well and do go and spend time at, I thought I have to…read morewrite my review for 'House of Fraser' I can't speak for anyone else about this one, but I really love it, their have been some changes over the years to the store, some good, some not so good, but all in all, it's your typical department store where you can go, you can enjoy looking around, their is a Caffe Nero there that is very good and though out the departments, a wide range of fashion, home, furniture and food..etc.. You name it. The staff are very friendly and pleasant, always on hand to help. I myself am saving up for Xmas (coming to quick) and they have some great ideas for presents too. My advice, save up a bit, put some money aside and go and treat yourself from time to time. At 'House of Fraser' their is something there for everyone!

The shop is large and they sell a wide variety of goods, mainly soft furnishings such as bedding, curtains, towels, table linens and fabric on the roll. They also have other household goods like kitchen accessories, lighting and storage. There's a small cafe which is nice as there isn't a great deal else on the industrial estate, and they are quite reasonably priced. All in, it's a really nice shop if you're looking to furnish a home on a budget.
