Customer service was…read morenot her forte.. when confronted after she lied to the sales person about her conversation with me, I called her back after finding out about her made up conversation, she over talked while I was talking to her, yelling at me and in essence, her poor communication skills ( should take some classes on responsibility and customer care ), no integrity and most of all, lying about our conversation and her demeanor. She gives a pretty poor representation of the service department. The sales person tried to make it better by providing a pick up of my vehicle, the drop off of a loaner and a return of of my vehicle after service. But..a dangerous issue was taken care of on warranty and the back tires that were ruined by the issue,, were not replaced, they supposedly were after only 1 yr old. So the experience of my $60,000 purchase of a new vehicle last year, which had a seriously dangerous issue, by the way, put me in a 6 foot ditch, and more than a few near misses of accidents on the expressway. All of this were within a year from purchase and still on warranty..was just short of a nightmare! To make a defense of poor customer service and ignorance by a service advisor is an understatement for sure. As I told the salesperson, I was informed i now needed 2 new back tires for the cost of $500, and would I like to have them installed from a service technician that day because of the issue. To make another complaint.. the sim card for the navigation system was removed at the test drive that day, my husband saw him do it but didnt know what he was doing, well that will be another $30, thank you very much. They checked out the hands free phone application instead of the stated navigation app issue.I can take my vehicle to any Buick dealer for maintenance and vehicle performance issues and will do that from now on. If this helps someone to know what they might experience at this dealership, it helps me to digest this maddening, disappointing experience this past week. All because I called to let them know I'd be less than 30 minutes late for my appt that day... to see if that was OK. I was being respectful. I have no further trust for Richardson Chevrolet in Standish, MI, KG.

As of this writing, the renovations are not complete, but, they are doing a first class job in their repairs and renovations. The fuel pumps in front are new and modern. A couple diesel fuel islands to the north side of the building allow for pull thru with RVs and big rigs. The inside is well done. The (men's) restroom was renovated, nice job. I'm not sure about the women's side, but I suspect it is similar in quality. Maybe next time I visit, I'll have a Bruce Jenner change-over day and use the ladies restroom to complete my report. The convenience store has a good fit-and-finish look to it. Their coffee was brewing nicely, and the soda fountain was ready for an onslaught of customers. Otherwise, everything looked great inside the store. The side of the building where the Taco Bell had been is still undergoing 'builder's surgery'. Once the construction is complete, I'm sure it will be be a top-notch job. Back outside, the front and north and south sides have had all new blacktop installed. The back of the building still has the abandoned look, but I am sure that area will not be overlooked. For the big rigs: limited parking is available for transient truckers. Like for 3 or 4 trucks maximum in a dirt lot. Perhaps that will change in the early part of 2019 when they wrap up the construction and their job is complete. For now, where they have done the make-over, it looks great. I recommend.
