Unresolved customer service failures concerning an online dishwasher order placed on March 17,…read more2026. These experiences reflect a troubling lack of accountability and care for the customer experience. In 2025 I purchased a $100 Lowe's gift card that was found to have no funds shortly after purchase. Despite contacting both the gift card company and Lowe's immediately, neither accepted responsibility. Even after Lowe's followed up approximately 30 days later and I confirmed the issue remained unresolved, no corrective action was taken. This experience already left me with diminished confidence in Lowe's customer support. That concern was reinforced with my recent dishwasher purchase. I was charged $649.41 on my Lowe's credit card for the dishwasher, installation kit, delivery, and haul-away. When the appliance was delivered, I was informed there was no installation order on file. Because the dishwasher was not installed, the delivery team would not remove the old unit, despite the haul-away having been paid for. An online chat representative later confirmed that installation had not been ordered and offered only a $50 haul-away refund, advising me to place a separate installation order. This response was inadequate and dismissive, particularly given that purchasing an installation kit and haul-away service reasonably implies installation. As a direct result of this failure, I incurred an additional $250 out-of-pocket expense to have the dishwasher installed independently, a cost that could have been entirely avoided had Lowe's handled the order more proficiently (and supportively). Posting this review is all I can do as Lowes doesn't allow direct communications for complaints, they do not have a systemic way of listening to customer concerns, and (this is important) - they will not, do not care about resolving customer concerns. I requested reimbursement for the third-party installation cost and the haul-away fee, along with appropriate consideration for the inconvenience and repeated service failures. There is/was no accountability or meaningful resolution and am confident I will not make recommendations, shop, visit, or do anything further with this company.

Lowe's always has everything I need and easy to find everything. Great plant selection too!read more

We had such an amazing time here for Halloween. There was so much for the children and adults to…read moreengage in. We first arrived and purchased tickets for each activity. It included things like hayrides, train rides, pumpkin picking, photos, and more. I also love that they have a lot of free play in addition to the paid activities. They children could run, play, feed the goat and pigs, ride bikes and scooters that were around they farm. They also had wagons for toddlers or your pumpkins or whatever you may need. We had a great time sitting out on the benches that are near the food truck. They have affordable carnival style food. We had hotdogs, slushes, cotton candy, and more. The kiddos and adults enjoyed everything. They also have a concession stand in the front where you purchase tickets that has chips, cookies, juices, water, etc. The staff is really attentive to everyone there. Its a balance of free play and supervised activities. Speaking of, the corn maze was another hit. They had number scarecrows that is good for the self-guided style of the farm (of course I made it a learning opportunity for the children). Overall, I would definitely return. Reading reviews, I just realized that they have other holiday activities. I will keep that in mind going forward.

This place is a cute hidden gem. Reasonable pricing for corn maze, petting zoo, haunted woods,…read morehayride, train ride, and pumpkins. My 3 year old son really enjoyed the animals, bounce houses and featured attractions. Nothing was too scary, but was still cute. It reminds me of growing up in Ohio where I spent my childhood doing similar activities (cute places like this have been hard for us to find) Thank you for making a nice family friendly place !

Ordered a potted plant online. Cancelled my original ordered item and delivered something different…read moreand charged me $15 for delivery. The store manager was no help and gave us the wrong number to the delivery company. I would not have ordered it delivery had it been in stock at the local store. Their website is still incorrect, and says 11 available for delivery and there isn't 1 avail in 100 mile radius. After years and $10k+ spent on appliances and remodels-its time to move on. Corporate phone number is no help.

I bought some items from Lowe's off of their Lowes.com website. There were seven items total and I…read morechose to do in-store pickup at their Southaven, MS Store. Four of the items were ready the next day. The other four were delayed. This order was made on March 22, 2025. The items delayed were actually delivered to the store on March 31, 2025. I was not notified of any delivery until Tuesday April 29, 2025 when someone from the store named David called me and left a message that he wanted to verified I received the items at my home. I had received nothing so I called back the next day and someone in receiving looked up by order and noted the items had been delivered to the store as expected and she will contact the fulfillment department to get them to find the items in their inventory and told me that someone would call me back. Since I had not heard from anyone, yet my card was charged, I called back today. The phone rang for over five minutes before anyone answered it and when they did they just sat the phone on the counter. I heard not only the interactions with two customers in their customer service but I hear them laughing at one of the customers and talking about him to another customer after the man left. I hung up because no one was bothering to even speak with me. Called back and their computerized phone answering service again sent me to receiving like it did the day before when I asked for the fulfillment department. After waiting on hold there for a very short amount of time the lady in receiving transferred me elsewhere but the person who answered didn't give a name or a department, but it was customer service. I again asked for the fulfillment department and she said hold on and hung up on me. When I called back again and kept entering zeros until their computer would send me to customer service again the lady told me she put me on hold because Heather who I needed to speak with was pulling an order so she could put me on hold again or get my information and Heather would call me back. I remind that Heather or someone in fulfillment calling me back never happened before and it is why I was on the phone again. This lady was brusque and argumentative and I told her I didn't want to set on hold any longer and I didn't want someone to "call me back" again. I said if she couldn't get someone to help me I was just going to come up there and cancel my order. She asked if I was threatening her. And then asked if I was threatening the Store. All of that because I said I was going to cancel my order that they couldn't competently provide. She then put me on hold. As a resolve I found I could cancel the order on-line and I had the charge for the items they never provided removed from my card. I'm not sure if the customer service is this abysmal at other Lowe's stores but Southaven, MS store needs some help with learning how to deal with people.
