I tried again a couple weeks later, this time showing up at 6 pm, wanting to try their stew that was on special but they had run out of that as well. Recently, I noticed they had vegetable lasagna on special. So I decided to try again (this time around 1 pm) and they finally still had some left! I took it home and immediately noticed that the cheese was not melted, still grated. Uh, okay. Does that mean I actually have to bake it myself? That part wasn't made clear at all. I thought this place offered ready to go meals. Since I took it home, it was no problem to pop it into the oven, but if I was hoping to have it for lunch while at work I would have been SOL. So I baked it, not knowing what temperature to bake it at or for how long because it wasn't clear whether it was a take and bake item or ready made. There were no instructions with it either. I just took it out when it looked done. I have to say, this was one of the driest, blandest lasagnas I've had in a long time. Very few veggies and virtually no sauce. I don't get the hype surrounding this place. It's confusing as to weather their food is ready made or not, and it isn't clearly marked anywhere in the store or online indicating either way.
