If I could give minus 1000 I would. This place LIED to me, then lied about their lie. Then did not,…read moreand cannot, fix their LIE and now my horse is GONE and I have nothing. Do not EVER trust Paola Correa or Ben Larson who stuck up for her when I proved her to be a liar and his only explanation was that she's a "good girl" and that she's not a liar, maybe just overworked. I asked for private cremation. Horse was picked up on Saturday labor day weekend. Somehow before they even opened for me to call on Tuesday my horse was already at the "landfill". TOO FUCKING LATE to do ANYTHING. She was to have been taken home where she raised from BIRTH. Sioux died in a horrific accident, she did not die of natural causes. She was only 14. As I'm devastated they just keep lying and digging their lies in deeper. I know they are lying because I have WITNESSES to my conversation with Paola Correa who apparently heard what she wanted to hear because it was convenient to HER. When I called the minute they opened she asked what kind of urn I wanted or did I want to come there and choose one. If she wasn't lying then why did she offer the sale of the urn if the body was not staged for cremation? Then they now claim cremation wasn't an option when we spoke while I lay on the dead body of my life's blood, because they were TOO BUSY and backed up. If that weren't a lie then why were talking about buying an urn TODAY? The lies. The hideous and insidious lies. She asked what my horse looked like when I demanded, BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE COULD/WOULD, she bring my Sioux's body back because she said she would call the driver and have him turn around. Was she going to charge me $1,700 for a cremation she now claims they were too busy for? That sure as hell wasn't what she said when we talked over my dead horse's body. Was she going to try to give me the remains of another horse? Was she going to charge me for an empty urn? I'm devastated and want the world to know don't ever ever ever trust these people. Drive to the ends of the earth to avoid them and their lies and abuse of those suffering. Tell your ranches. Tell your vets. Tell your family and friends. Oh and they other owner, Ben Larson, is so very sensitive that the big strong man's concern was that I said a bad word. Ooooh that is so awful it supercedes any heart these people may have had. Yet apparently they can abuse their employees. A google review says ""I overheard the owner screaming at one of the employees and calling him names." Don't believe the good reviews. Anyone can make that crap up. Believe the bad ones. These are the real people and the real reviews. These people are indeed what another person said that "My experience has been callous uncaring business that over charges for the services provided. Ie: dumping your pet in a landfill". Devastated doesn't even BEGIN to cover the depths of despair these people have caused. They offered NOTHING. Not even an apology. Now I have to tell my parents.

Think twice before you hire Pine Hill. The driver picked up our dog's body by dumping it in a…read moreblack garbage bag in front of the family and then throwing it over his shoulder as he walked out the door. I spoke to the office manager so that we would not have to deal with the same insensitive driver when they returned the cremains. The return driver called 5 minutes ahead (not the promised 1 hour) and left the urn/cremains IN THE MAILBOX. I have had many pets cremated by other companies and have NEVER had a single one treated like garbage before. THIS is the memory we will have any time we look at the urn now.
