One you will find next to the pond, more out next to reception. The second is the main one near the actual arena and such. Now for the horses. They are well fed, in great shape, happy and super pretty! They are also not overworked which I love. Some places work their horses to the max, but they care deeply about them! The camps they offer are amazing for everyone! They make sure you are comfortable with whatever horse you are riding and in general keep you safe. The people working and volunteering are super kind and nice! They make sure you have a good time and are safe. Overall the property is great, horses are great, everything's awesome. Thanks for reading.

She and her mom ride horses here. And the daughter has taken lessons. The farm is in an area that we'd never been to before. We were surprised to find such a large property with horse stalls for boarding. And other paddocks. And a ring for jumping and parading. My knowledge of horses is very limited -- I took some rides as a child in camp, but this is ages and ages ago. The party was by one of the stables. The kids had a great time -- first playing some various games, then later getting a tour and hands on experience with the different horses there. And those over 6 were able to sign up (with a parent's release signature) to take a ride around the ring. They provided helmets for safety. And the adults even enjoyed petting the horses. Our friends brought their own food and drinks. The venue provided the entertainment. If you're looking to take riding lessons, board a horse, or just ride you should check out this place. It's not inexpensive, but I gather that is the par for such activities. They even have a camp for kids with riding and other activities. I'm so glad we got a chance to visit here. We never would have found this place otherwise.

The kids had an amazing time. They were so hyped that they did not want to leave. I was even able to participate with them, which is a plus. When you go in, you sign in with your party and you're directed to your table. There is a coordinator that basically tells you the timing of everything and is there if you need any help. They are also the one who put the bracelets on the kids and just help around. We end up winning two free tickets to come back and we also got a T-shirt, which is complementary to the package that we booked.

Unfortunately, my interaction with the front desk associate, Kelly, was unpleasant from the start. Kelly (blonde hair) was rude, passive-aggressive, and showed no willingness to help resolve a simple issue with my Groupon. I've visited this location several times over the past few months and even booked my son's birthday party here. On multiple occasions, when the internet connection made it difficult to access my Groupon voucher, other employees and even a team lead gladly provided a tablet so I could log in and redeem it. The same thing happened on the day of my son's birthday party, and the staff handled it without hesitation. This time, Kelly simply stated that "the rules have changed" and that tablets are no longer provided. While I understand that policies can change, there was no effort to offer an alternative solution or show any empathy. Customer service is about helping people, especially returning customers who have supported your business. I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated. Consistency in customer service is important, and no customer should be treated differently depending on which employee they happen to encounter. I hope management reviews this experience and provides additional customer service training so future guests receive the respectful and helpful service that I've experienced in the past.
