I would not advise you to buy any dog from this establishment. They advertised a "sweet and loving" miniature pinscher, a breed I am very familiar with and which I was searching for to replace my deceased min pin. There were several emails and a few telephone conversations between the owner, Cindy Evans, and me. My main question which I asked many times was in regards to the dog's house-training habits and if the dog was house-trained in toilet habits. Cindy never really answered with a direct answer, she kept telling me that the dog knew how to go outside to do her biz. In all actuality, Cindy played on the words being careful to not tell me the dog had no training whatsoever and that the dog was never living in a house before. All said and done, charged me 845.00. When the dog arrived, my first thought was that it was very skinny and underweight. When I looked over the papers that came with the dog I noticed that part of the terms for any warranty to exist required that I bring the dog to a vet within 48 hours and send back proof that it was done. However, Cindy specifically chose to send the dog on a Friday to arrive after business hours thereby banking that I would not be able to get to a vet (and she was right, my vet is closed on weekends!). The dog had no training at all and did not even respond to the name that I was told was hers. The dog refused to go to the bathroom when taken outside and would empty herself inside the house. I enrolled the pooch in professional dog training classes @ an expense of 70.00 per hour and 3 hrs each session and 3x per week and after 2 weeks was told the dog will be impossible to train at all. When I did get the dog to my vet, he kept the dog for a few days to study it and informed me that the dog acts like it came from an abused/neglected situation, was underweight and had some behavioral issues. The dog was very destructive, in the space of time it took me to shower the dog ripped open an un-repairable hole in my new 900. mattress!( The dog also destroyed a couch, parlor stuffed chair, many shoes, blankets, etc.) The dog also could not be left out of site, had the toilet issues and destructive ways. Crate training did not work at all, the dog could care less and peed and pooped in her own bed and in the crate as well. Also, the dog would eat it's own poop! This was not a sweet and loving dog as it bit my daughter, snapped and growled at anyone and everyone, even me. When I apprised Cindy of what was going on, there was no offer of any money back and I was told, "Give the dog some time." Two and a half months later, furniture thrown out , many hundreds of dollars wasted and a few people bitten, I was forced to surrender this dog to "police animal control" who said it had to be put down. Do not do business with this place, they misrepresent their dogs and are concerned only to get your money. read more
