I picked Dr Pine just because he had good reviews and I had a friend with the same name, I'm very scientific how I do things. He uses this machine called the pro adjuster which so far works pretty darn well. So there is no cracking involved. After my first visit it wasn't miraculous but I was a little better. I woke up and was in so much pain almost to the point of tears, and could barely move. Called my friend Laura who works at the Pine Chiropractic Center and she was able to get me in right away. The doctor analyzed my problem with a state of the art NASA inspired technology machine and then went to work on the problem area. No cracking my neck, no body jostling, just a simple realignment of the area by this incredible machine. I walked out of there with much less pain and was told to follow the treatment with the 'Bed Buddy' which is a microwaveable moist heat pack used for 20 minutes and then follow that with a particular cream and to make another appointment for the following day. I've only had one visit. I spent more time on filling out the paperwork than in seeing the elder Dr. Pine. He sat me on a table, twisted me to the right then to the left. Said I was tight. Took me to the "ProAdjuster" room. Zapped me a half dozen times. Showed me purported pre treatment and post treatment screens of my spine. And that was it. There was no pre-treatment discussion. There was no diagnosis. No treatment plan. No nothing. Told to come back in a week. Very strange. I've never been to a Chiropractor before, but nothing like it's been described to me. This is a son and father practice and although the son is a great doctor, there are 2 receptionist , one is wonderful and one is awful. The awful one made 2 different appointments for me2 separate times. Both times when I arrived the appointments were not made. She was never apologetic , in fact she was rude with her hands up in the and basically said " what do you want from me ". The father was present during one of these appointments and he apologized. However during the 2nd lost appointment there was no one there but her. I was told by the son doctor , they would look into their tapes to check her behavior, however nothing was done. she still works there , she is still loud and you can here her laughs during my treatment. If I could rate 10 stars I would. I suffered from lower back (4&5) and extreme sciatica nerve pain in hips down to feet. Had been to Dr and another chiropractor with no relief. Dr Pine used the pro adjuster and we made a plan of visits. Went from 700 steps of pure pain to Over 5,000 no pain. I thought being almost 70 I would be living my life in pain and limited steps. I have been a client since 2012. I get wicked headaches and migraines. The tension headaches were so bad at one point that I would have done almost anything to get rid of them. My review is based on the fact that I sat in a very hot and uncomfortable waiting room for just over 30 minutes past my appointment time. No one confirmed my appointment, even though I made it two weeks in advance. No one mentioned that they were running behind. There were "physicals" walking in and waiting too. They were told that a room was being prepared for them, but no one said anything to me. The woman at the front desk was efficient and nice enough, but I would appreciate some communication. Time is valuable and no one has enough of it. If you value your time, not the place for you. Can't review the service, as I had to leave. (It would have been another half hour) read more

Great results and professional, I showed up at 730am in Tears from pinched nerve pain in my right shoulder begging them to take me in at that moment, they were courteous and immediately opened an appointment up for me. I was adjusted through the pro-adjuster machine and after just ONE adjustment my headache had immediately disappeared and my right shoulder and neck instantly felt much better. This is one of the clinics that they punish you for being a patient. Front desk lady utterly rude. Doctor seemed to have cared but hasn't really helped me out on anything. The worst part is that although their rate was lower than what my insurance card stated for seeing a specialist they went ahead and charged me the higher price, and when I asked why, they told me they would charge me less next time.
