My son and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. P and her staff. I have had anxiety for years regarding dental work and she made me feel so comfortable. She went through the whole process with me and let me know what was happening so I trusted her with all my work. I had a full set of braces with many challenges in my mouth and not once did I have to worry when I entered her office. Her entire staff made me feel comfortable and they explained everything from beginning to end. There were no surprises or hidden costs. It was all laid out so I knew the process from beginning to end. Impressive! My son also had a great experience. He had spacing issues and needed retainers to shift his teeth. As a 6th grader motivating him to wear a retainer was tough but the enviroment was so welcoming for children - their team atmosphere helped motivate him to wear his retainers like it was his job!! We travel up from South Jersey to work with her office because they are worth it. It's nice find a place that goes above and beyond to work with our family. Our entire family including my 3 children and my husband and I employed Dr Pincofski to correct the structure of our teeth over the last 12+ years, primarily cosmetic and bite issues. The experience we had was exactly what you would expect in a professional and friendly office. The most recent procedure; at 50+ years I had braces to correct bite, straighten bottom and widen the smile. Originally I was given 16 to 18 months however I was informed if I wore my bands it could be sooner given how quickly my teeth were beginning to respond. My braces were removed in 9 months and I was extremely pleased. My children, now in college or out of college, have returned to Dr Pincofski since having braces back in middle school to update or replace lost/broken retainers and Dr Pincofski was so accommodating. Have two children that have seen Dr P and as pleased as we could be with both. Not only is the the doctor and staff welcoming, they provide positive ways to motivate the kids to be compliant which makes the parents job much easier when they get home. Lastly, they have invested in systems that provide more information on the patients teeth than any office I have ever seen....thanks to those systems there is no guess work on the right course of action. If you're looking for a "one size fits all approach" then someone else may do, for us we preferred the specialized and custom approach that provided the best outcome for our boys. read more

Dr P is great! My son spend 4 years going through to process. (My husband even had an oral & maxillofacial surgeon examine the x-rays and approve the process before starting.) During the process, she noticed something "off" in an x-ray, which resulted in a root canal. Three years later, I decided to resubmit to the orthodontic process, since my teeth were shifting and crowding. She was just as good with me. Always prompt, cheerful and thorough.
