Pinch specializes in breaking tradition, taking all the different food we love and pulling it together into a fun, satisfying meal experience. We serve dumplings and fresh spring rolls stuffed with unconventional fillings, inspired by global flavours and every delicious meal we've ever eaten.
History
Established in 2015.
Like many companies, Pinch started out as a far-flung idea. A job that brought together food, health, travel, culture, and social enterprise didn't seem to be available according to Google. In true American style, the saying: "If you want something done, do it yourself," came into play and the idea for Pinch was conceived.
Coming from a nutrition background, Megan from Pinch always had a passion for food but finally started experimenting on her unsuspecting friends while living in Edinburgh. After a few years of saving money, moving, starting and then stopping a few times, it was decided with the encouragement of her partner that 2015 would be the pilot year. Pinch has been going strong since debuting at Amsterdam's Restaurant Day in February 2015!
Meet the Business Owner: Megan V.
A non-militant dietician getting back to her roots by feeding people deceptively delicious food that isn't completely terrible for them. She represent years of travel in one night by hosting meals inspired by everything from street food in Vietnam, to curries in Edinburgh (yes, Scotland, not India), to hot wings from her home of Northeast Ohio.
Everyone knows that an owner is nothing without the support of an amazing team - Ed, Tracey and Jenni made and make Pinch possible!
