Our hostess, Veronique, was one of the most charming people we met in our trip to France. She was very knowledgeable about the grapes, the process of making the champagne, and so willing to share her expertise. We spoke only in French while sampling their lovely creations. We bought several bottles to enjoy throughout our journey and are still talking about her hospitality. Merci, merci.
