Was a good spot to spot in our travels for food/ gas prices/ occasional shower. Little short lady behind the counter after staring into space for sometime the lady wanted to charge us twice, even though we have done it plenty of times for a single price ( co driver and married). I'll travel the 15 mins down the road to loves. Don't waste your time here anymore, they have obviously lost touch with reality. read more

This was a total waste of my time. For starters, the whole place is a glorified convenience store. It's not a truckstop. The restrooms were out of order. One person working for the whole store. So I thought well maybe I'll stop at the attached Dunkin' Donuts. it promised some kind of rice place or something. It was closed. It's 7 PM so apparently people traveling don't eat after a certain time in this area. The whole Dunkin' Donuts smelled like dead fish. There was one person behind the counter and there was nobody around really but he looked completely Amped. Don't even bother stopping here it's a complete waste of time. They can't even be bothered to hire people to run their business. read more

Really gross bathrooms! Not sure I would eat anything made here since there is no way the employees are washing their hands appropriately. See the picture of the hair on the sink. You can judge what it is. No towels only blower to dry. There was a large hole in the handicapped stall of the women's bathroom. Not sure if it's a peeping hole or glory hole or just bad maintenance but it was really disturbing. Other functions of gas station were typical. We gassed up, looked around the store, which had your typical pilot stuff. But if you're passing thru town and needing a restroom keep on going! read more

I stopped to get gas and use the bathroom. When I came out I was looking at stuff before paying for gas when a lady who I believe her name is Kelly Williams (I believe because when asked for her name she was not upfront, said she could not provide me with corporate number, an email... nothing. Pretty much said "google it") and showed me a video of me putting my hand in my pocket and asked me what I took with me. So, I emptied my pockets and then she said "well, you went to the bathroom". I was offended because I get it that they need to check but her approach (in the middle of the store) was humiliating. I asked her if she wanted to go to the bathroom with me or what and she said no. Never apologized. When I asked if I could have corporate information she declined. I stepped out but my girlfriend stayed behind trying to get her to either send us the video, or even some type of information for Corporate (which she declined) and when I came back I heard an employee say I could have shoved the item (which I don't even know what they thought I had) up my "vagina" (apologies, her word... not mine). Worst and most humiliating experience. I am still attempting to communicate with corporate so any response is highly appreciated. read more

I got fuel today at this Pilot and I wanted to buy some food; there was no body in line to buy and I went to a tall lady with gold in her teeth that was about the food. I tried to call her attention but she fake didn't see me. Then she started to talk on the phone. At the end, she payed attention to me and told me in a very bad mood, "you go make the line". She didn't want to be solicited and this is why she got angry. A costumer don't deserve to be treated like that and this lady don't fit in that job. read more

Worst bathroom ...ever! No toilet seat in one stall, no paper towels, no toilet paper in 3 out of the 4 stalls, dirty, had to push on the stall wall to be able to close the door because the stalls are leaning. I wouldn't trust to eat anything here if the bathrooms are this nasty. Absolutely a true let down especially being in Gator country. Also, no seat covers in any stalls. Not even available. Men's bathroom is worst according to my boyfriend. Trash everywhere and trash cans overflowing with trash. read more

A total rip off at this Pilot facility. Regular gas in this immediate area was $2.45 to $2.49. Their outside sign was turned off even though the cashier said it was on. I have always trusted Pilot to be fair with their fuel prices. Not this station, regular was $2.690 per gal. RIP OFF!!! Bathrooms were filthy too. Went there me and my son looking for something to eat for my wife that just came out of the Florida university because we were staying at the best Western next to the gas station pilot. We saw they were selling potato wedges. a lady there was cleaning the counters with a dirty rag in her hand asked us if we were wanting to order anything in a rude manner I looked at her with that rag in her hand. And I said. "give us a large order of potato wedges" She went straight to the thongs grab the wedges grab my plate with her dirty thumb Inside my potato wedge plate. Grabbed a lot of potato's in the plate and with her hand she compact them down. The hand she was grabbing a dirty rag! I said I didn't want it anymore and explain to her why. She said. I only use the tongs. and that's when she became a Liar i my eyes. I said I seen you clearly you push down my potatoes with the hand you were grabbing the rag and she said nothing this lady has three diamond tattoos on her left eye. This is absolute worse Pilot truck stop I have ever been to from South Carolina all the way to California. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms smelled terrible and the floors had not been cleaned in what looked like months. Employees didn't acknowledge me when I walked in or out, as they normally do. This place is so friendly, I didn't want to leave. Ignore the jackwagons complaining about the floors, it is a gas station therefore it will aquire some grime. I frequent here often and have had no issues. There are the occasional messes as there are in any gas station/restaurant/store but the employees are always quick to take care of them. I come from a big city but absolutely enjoy the feel and hospitality of this small town, which this station exemplifies. I like to conversate with the truckers, as I am not one, and have never heard negative comments. I am sure there are issues here or there but these reviews seem to be completely off base. I would highly recommend if you need to stop for fuel or food (they have some of the best chicken. And as a surprise to me, their pizza which is made completely in house is awesome!) anywhere near this cute town, this is the place to do it. read more
