In my case, I go before 9am on Saturday and usually I'm there with 3 other washers. The owner is super sweet. Her looks and walk may be deceiving. She looks like a mad lady, but she has a heart of gold and definitely will strike up a convo with you. This is my hand car wash location of choice! Self-service that is. I told the employee I wanted something that would shine my tires, so he suggested the $18 wash. In Jacksonville, I pay $10 for a wash, and it includes a tire shine. I think I was swindled into purchasing a higher priced wash. And since he came up to my door (which was not necessary as it was self serve) I felt rushed. After coming out of the wash and preparing to vacuum the car, I noticed soap still sitting on the hood of my car. Not cool. I would not recommend this car wash.

While loading it into my car, the diaper bag went in, and I fought the case of diapers and the stroller; as I was doing so I tried to use the auto start on my car to start cooling due to the increase in temperature and having my son. It failed to start, but I won the fight and shut the trunk of my suv. Well the failed auto start made the car lock itself and my keys were inside the trunk. Luckily I was able to call the guys at Quality Towing and it took roughly 30 minutes for them to come rescue my (almost) 15 month old and I. But on this night it was a first and they came through. I believe my husbae ordered a chicken dinner meal and I ordered a few chicken tenders. I ordered three tenders, but only should of had two. The tenders were pretty thick and filling. :) It's been about 6 weeks since I visited and I haven't returned since. I plan to check them out during the day to see what they offer during 'normal' business hours. But the location was perfect and the service was pleasant as well even at that late night hour.
