Stopped at the Pilot truck stop and honestly had a frustrating experience. There were trucks parked in clearly marked "No Parking" areas near the fuel island, and staff didn't seem to do anything about it. This is a huge safety hazard for drivers trying to enter and exit the fuel lanes. Visibility is already tight with big rigs moving around, and having trucks parked where they shouldn't be just makes it more dangerous and stressful for everyone. I get that it's busy and parking is limited, but safety should come first--especially at a truck stop where accidents can get serious fast. Hoping management tightens and stop being lazy this up because it could easily lead to someone getting hit or sideswiped. read more

Had to stop here to pick up a disabled car. Station is clean. Staff were friendly. Pretty wide selection of food and dry goods. Plenty of parking space. Just off of highway 44. Easy to get to. There are plenty of worse stations to stop at. A go to place if you are in the area. read more

While they have a covered walkway down the hill to the main building, it is a long walk with a handicap issue, no ramp.

We stopped here on the way to Cuba. It's big and it sells all kinds of your basic mini mart stuff. The bathroom was well, your basic mini mart bathroom. Not anything to brag about, but they had soap and paper towels which helps. The cashier was friendly and did what she was supposed to do. Would I stop here again?
