Well, it's a Pilot Travel Center... Located just off exit 165 and I-20, this location has 10 gas pumps out front with a Subway (Sandwich Shop) and a Cinnabon inside. The bathrooms were decently clean. read more

Stopped here on my way to work to get gas and the #1 pump was running extremely slow so I kept starting and stopping hoping it would work right...it didnt. Took forever to get 8 gallons on gas. The qorst part though was i was standing leaning on my car and the next thing i know i feel wet on my leg and hear what sound like water running. I turn and gas is pouring out my car and down my leg...shorts soaked!!!!! I go inside amd tell the cashier her response "I'll send out the mainenance guy." He comes out I tell him what happenened and his response " yeah we are having a lot of trouble with the motors. Someone is working on them!!!" What??? You dont think you should put signs on the pumps to let customers know? What about the person who starts the pump and goes inside...So needless to say I was pissed and my leg was burning and getting red. I had to go to the store buy new clothes go into the bathroom and wash the gas off my skin. I was an hr late for work!!! So I will not be stopping here again ever!!! Shit customer service! read more

#47/2024 Unfortunately this is another pilot that's kind of gone downhill over the last year It's not what it used to be Employees are not always very friendly They're out of stock on a lot of stuff. The Subway's okay bring out food into the hot case which is a plus.. But it's like any other pilot for the most part same amenities and stuff. It's a little older one. But it's average and I'll just leave it at that read more

Beware. They will steal from you. I gave them cash and they refused a refund when their pump went down. Clearly, they have no problem committing theft! read more

I stopped here because I had to GO. Bad. I drank 56 ounces of Sweet Azz Tea the night before and I was paying for it on this ride to Birmingham. I walked in and the restroom was dirty. So what did I do? I rain up out of this joint and held it until we could find another location. read more

Bathrooms were awful fecal matter and waste everywhere and bathroom supplies were empty. As a environmental specialists I would recommend it be closed. Conditions are condisive to the spread of disease. I am confident testing would find ecoli and fecal matter in food areas. Ratherthan a star there should be a HEALTH WARNING. Pilot should be fined. read more

David and I stopped here on our way to Atlanta a few weeks ago for a gas fill up; a very easy location just off Interstate 20. The guy parked next to us filling up his RV with diesel said it was the cheapest gas he'd seen since Texas!! The place is huge inside with everything a traveler could need or even imagine, even some memorabilia from good old redneck Alabama The Beautiful. The little egg roll looking variety of spicy, cheesy, beefy tornados were delicious for gas station food. If you do not want heartburn city, heart attack stuff from a hot rolling machine like hot dog weenies are on, you can go right next door to Subway and "Eat Fresh!". There were also some pre-made healthy looking salads in the cooling shelf near the register. The place reaked of freshly baked cinniman rolls too. It could drive a hungry person slap nuts. The place was clean, running over full with customers and plenty of registers open. We were in and out in a jiffy and I will try to remember this exit if I'm ever headed up that way again. Oh, quick tip, if you think they are going to just turn the tank on for a fill up without you putting a down payment or pre-payment with credit or debit with the cashier, you got another thing coming. read more
