I just came for a quick fuel so I probably didn't notice much parking is limited so park early. The cashier was friendly and offered assistance when I was looking around. This Pilot does have food so you could grab a quick bite I got the chicken tenders and wedges it was delicious. I would stop here if you're looking for a quick lunch. They were out of breakfast sandwiches but Melanie at Cinnabon was the most pleasant and helpful employee (the rest need a good pep-talk) so we impulse purchased a Cinnabon bun from her and got an Organic hot Coffee. If you are a pet owner, they have a good area to walk your dog, but I didn't see a fenced in "dog park". The store was clean and orderly, but I wouldNOT recommend the bathrooms unless it was an absolute "gotta go right now" moment!!The floors were very dirty and the entire bathroom smelled like urine‍ On a plus, the bathroom was well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels for drying your hands!!! read more

Pilot here in Jasper, it's not far from the border. $2.74/gallon. I filled up the tank for $43.50. I went inside to get some water and see what kind of savory snacks they might have. They had a shelf full of my flamin hot cheese puffs, took the 11 on their shelves. It was kismet. read more

Right off I75 to use the bathroom, both the women's and men's was very well maintained and the staff was very nice. Great place to stop

I stopped in to get diesel 205 gallons worth and to my shock every diesel island had window scrubbers. This might be the first pilot I've been to and three months that had them at every island because most of them are gone I don't know if truckers are stealing them or if the four wheeler people are taking them I have no idea. I'll tell you something else that's nice is they power wash the concrete around the diesel island that is so nice because so many stores don't do that and you're walking around in diesel and you cannot get that smell out of the inside of your cab it's just so annoying. The showers were decent I had a little bit of an issue with the lock but it worked. They had tons of options for coffee it was actually a little overwhelming but overall it's a nice store and it almost looks like it's fairly new or has been recently renovated. read more

Joe will chase you out of sleeping in the rest stop lot for 30 minutes because he has nothing better to do than be an ass to out of state customers and mansplains the parking when there was plenty of open spots for truck and was going to be back on the road before 1am but joe finds it more helpful to have an empty parking lot and for people to just drive tired while blaming his attitude to his father. read more

Two stars for bathroom. Had potential to be a good bathroom but it is dirty unfortunately and smelled like a port a potty. Needs attending to. Especially this is off the high way for ppl to travel. My fiancé and I we're overcharged on our account while getting gas. Had to run my card twice and after checking my bank account I realized I was also charged twice for one tank of gas. Desiree and Justin Clark were dismissive and extremely rude while trying to inquire about the additional charges. We had to call their billing department because of the uselessness of Desiree and Justin and after speaking to Patrick (who was very helpful) we were able to fix the problem. read more

Do not stop and waste your time. Breakfast was not made on time. Also they have signal blockers so your phones don't work but drive a mile up the road and your phone works again BS. If your doing a quick stop it's not bad but over night don't waste your time. read more

Stopped for gas at 11pm on the way home to Tampa. I decided that I needed to fill up or else I wasn't going to get very much further. This pilot station is clean, has nice wide isles between the pumps and there's both a subway and a cinabon! I didn't get either, but I did pay only $1.69 for gas. They have awesome food. We had chicken dawgs. They were super good corn dogs. The people were so good. They have th te best mac and cheese. They sell cinnabon! Lots of baked goods, chips, snacks, soda and coffee. They offer lots of combo deals too. read more

Very nice stop!!! The restrooms here are very clean. Looks like a new building. Fresh fruit and a court-yard like establishment to eat Subway, Cinnabon fresh made sandwiches, fruit etc. Its called PJs Marketplace. Awesome choices of heakthy snacks, great prices on big jugs of water. read more

I came here to get gas and to charge my phone inside since my friend's car charger inside his car was not working. On my way here, there was traffic. It was was Spring Break for a lot of people. Unfortunately subway let me down here. Is it a necessity to upsell everything? I mean good gravy maybe I'm not your average fat American and can only eat a 6" and maybe I don't want chips and a drink. Nor do i want your cookies, I'm diabetic!!!! And when you advertise on your sign a foot long steak and bacon sub $1.50 and then after ordering it and about to pay for it, that's $1.50 extra, you give the franchise a bad name... The rest of the pilot experience is great, except making me set up a profile online to use your card. Maybe I dgaf about your rewards card. Dear management please read this review! Sunday April 1st, 3:40pm I drove for hours and got super hungry. Hoped to take a delightful break. Unfortunately that never happened. The lady who was serving me at Subway was extremely rude. I didn't realize that changing your pair of gloves between orders was so difficult to do. Must be above their pay grade or the staff was never been trained on customer service and cross contamination. Anyways... I came in and stood in a long line of about 15 people(which would be fine if the employees worked at a normal speed). The person in front of me had a ham sub, and being a vegetarian- I don't appreciate people touching pork and other meats and then making my sub... it leaves the grease and smell all over my meal. I greeted the employee and asked her to change her gloves. She literally froze and stared at me while smacking her lips. I repeated myself again asking her to "please change her gloves". Again she just stared at me. Then rolled her eyes and slowly and very dramatically took her gloves off and threw them out. After she was finally done making me feel like an idiot- I decided to ask her majesty for veggie patties. I just kind of ignored what I've seen - after all I was really hungry and didn't have time or the desire to create drama... Guess what? Giving me her attitude, she walked very slowly slowly over to cubbies , looked in, smacked the lid back on and then walked even slower to the stockroom. She then- only a few seconds later came out with a biggest grin on her face and told me they had none. Honestly? I feel like she simply did not want to serve me... Never eating there again... This seems like a pretty new station and has seemingly modern amenities. But the modern amenities don't work (self checkout kiosks), the pumps don't all work and the one that finally did work wouldn't print out a receipt. The bathroom was dirty and lacking toilet tissue. The floors in the main part of the store were filthy. This Pilot wins the prize for the WORST one I've ever been to. Now I'm disillusioned. I thought I could ALWAYS trust a Pilot. read more
