The countertop of the women's bathroom was so stained with different products it might need an overhaul. One stall out of only 4 stalls available was out of order as well. It is a travel stop. Bathrooms were almost clean. The prices of all their products are travel stop expensive. The gas prices are not bad as compared to the stations around them. The staff only seem to hate their lives a little bit. Very typical of a Loves (or almost any other highway side rest stuff) read more

It was a waste of time and energy to stop here! They advertised they have propane, they do... BUT - none of the employees there have any idea how to do anything with it! Love's you need to train your employees on how use the equipment for the products that you stock and sell. Big blunder on your company's part... i expected better! read more

My first visit to this location, I am no stranger to Loves Travel Stops. While the truck parking looked to be smaller than many of their other locations, I didn't look all that hard out back. Their fuel prices are very similar to other stations in the area. The store is typical of their corporate layout. They have a selection of items focussed on trucker needs, some touristy items, a nice selection of convenience store type items. Lots of hot and cold drinks are available near the hot fast food items (a nice selection of roller dogs and such). As well, they have an Arby's off to one side that does an excellent job of servicing customers quickly. The restrooms are serviced regularly and can handle lots of traffic. I recommend. read more

Love this " Loves" as a team truck driver we really appreciate a big shower room and you can't go wrong with double shower heads, laundry room, tv at Arby's dinning area. The list goes on the beautiful Florida views. They have great friendly staff the store is very clean. read more

I used to be a huge fan of loves. Unfortunately over the last couple years loves has gone down hill drastically their restrooms used to be good. Now they are bad. Buc cees is honestly the best place ever. This locations bathrooms were one of the better bathrooms however still a little dirty. Just unfortunate. Hate stopping at loves to use the bathroom. Floors sticky, always seems/smells like a port a potty. Just no attention. If someone could just pay attention or give them more employees maybe loves would be better. I didn't get any food or interact with anyone so cannot comment on that. Lots of cars in and out. Able to get gas easily though, however we just came at the right time. Others had to line up and wait. But that could be at any gas station on a travel day. My stars is solely based on the disappointment in the restrooms read more

Yech! THE most disgusting and dirty Loves ever! Saturday, April 8th about midday. Women's bathroom line was 24 people long into the store. No attendant, filthy, no soap, only a few stalls had paper. Overflowing garbage. Employees shouting at each other in the restaurant area. Chaos. Windows greasy and smudged. Nice guy behind the Arby's counter, but he didn't have a lot of help; and, we had to eat out in the car because no one had time to bus the tables in the dining area. This stop is a VERY busy Loves. The Greyhound bus stops here with all the traffic plus the bus ..well, you get where Im going with this. It's too busy. Waiting in line for a stinky, nasty bathroom is not my idea of a good rest stop. It was dreadful. Had to wait to pull in for fuel and then the restroom. Very busy travel center. Bathrooms both had lines to them. Every pump was full. Plan on being here a for a few minutes of you need gas or have to use the restroom. Nice cashiers. read more

This Loves is way too small for the amount of business that it does. 5 stalls in the women's restroom and had to wait quite a while in a small area for a stall to open up. Was fairly clean. Had 3 kids w me and my husband was never able to get gas in the time it took us to get back to the truck. The parking lot was insane - just way too small of an area for all the cars and RVs that were there. read more

2 min. Off I75 Exit 451 - great! Easy access from I75, has an Arby's connected to convenience store. I bought fresh fruit cups 12 oz. 2/$5 very fresh good fruit! Clean Restrooms & showers for truckers. We needed to borrow a pipe wrench from the service area, Tim not only had one but came out & tightened bolts for us. That was awesome! We bought windshield wipers here also. When I asked for the address to make this review, Store Mgr. Came & was very concerned & asked if everything was okay. HEADS UP! Personal vehicles $100 fuel limit per credit card. A good place for fuel/snacks/restrooms! Also easy for lg. My last visit to Love's in Jasper was in December, 2017. It was the occasion of liquidating my Philadelpha apartment in preparation for full time life in Jasper, FL. My Philly friends, the Muhammad Family, did me the honor of getting me safely home some 963 miles with two very well mannered young men (Aziz and Alikhan) in tow. We had a blast! They had never seen a Love's Travel Stop, and were truly amazed to see the stall showers, comfort areas, hunting equipment, truckers gear and snacks, treats and good eats galore! I don't even want to give this place a star. 90% of customers were not wearing masks. The announcements was made that all patrons need to wear a face covering. Not one patron that didn't have a mask on, put one on and the cashiers were too busy arguing with each other to enforce it. Very disappointed! read more

This Love's also has an Arby's connected to it that I wont be mentioning further. Gas prices here are pretty competitive since they are new and trying to establish some customer loyalty from the locals. There are a decent amount of pumps too, so wait is minimal. When you walk in on the car side, it's a typical convenience store with the rows of chips and candy, with cooler cases of beer water and soft drinks. When you get to the middle of the store, theres also a pretty decent merchandise section that includes shirts, typical souvenirs being as close as it is to the Florida border, as well as more necessities like cell phone attachments/chargers, music, hygeine stuff and the like. When you progress to the far side of the store, where the truckers would enter, you see all the stuff they'd require like spare parts, tools, seat covers and CB equipment....they even have they're own cashiers. There are restrooms located in the back, with pay showers for truckers. Near the cash registers is a rather impressive array of coffee urns with everything from decaf and regular to dark roast. They have plenty of fountain drinks and icees too. For food they have the standard roller-dogs, as well as some sausages and the like. Over all it's a very nice truck stop slash travel stop...much better than the one across the street. If you're planning on traveling down I-75, the next decent truck stop is L&G in Ellisville, which has a nice sit-down diner style restaurant....if you are taking I-10 east, then this is it until Macclenney or beyond, and going west on I-10 there's a new truck/travel stop in Live Oak with a Dunkin Donuts and Burger King thats pretty nice too. read more

The customer service at this stop is absolutely horrible! I was ask to move to the other side of the store twice! And for no reason. The first time I was ask to move I was harmlessly browsing. The second time I was ask to move I was standing, not doing anything at all! I was just waiting for my group to leave! The attendant, Stacy, was the one with the persistent rudeness.
