Another travel stop along the way, this one was more to use the facilities than for anything else. With this being a travel center it is rather large and offers more of a variety of things inside. There are tons of pumps here and ample parking. Suggestion here is that if you get fuel and plan to go inside, move your vehicle. Not only is it the polite thing to do, but it saves you the walk through the busy lot (and it is a fairly big walk to the door). Inside it feels huge. Lots of items on the shelves in the convenience store portion of the building. What is odd about this place is the location of the other amenities that are advertised within. The Cinnabon location is basically a kiosk right as soon as you walk in the door. It gives the place that sweet smell. Then the Subway is in the same building but more so by itself. It feels like it is separated, but in reality it is all the same building. They put a lot in here since it is a travel center, and it serves its purpose. As far as the facilities. Decent. I can't speak about the showers as I am not a trucker, but the bathrooms for use were decent and seemed to be well taken care of. read more

I stopped into the Pilot Travel Center on January 15, 2022 at 3:45 pm, and there were several issues. First, the bathroom was filthy. Second, the COVID protocols were non-existent: people loitering around without masks and none of the employees were wearing masks. Finally, placing political stickers on store equipment was beyond offensive. I understand that people don't like all politicians, but to defame one because it's popular to do in your area? You've lost a customer, especially one who drives past this station at least 6 times a month. read more

My issues with this gas station are 100% COVID related. There was no loitering and the gas station was clean. They have good signage from I-70. I am concerned as to why this store's manager is not enforcing CDC masking guidelines & choosing to risk the life of Pilot's customers & employees.  I'm referring to the store on French Lane near I-70. I purchased gas at the pump & paid with my credit card.  The pump was not printing receipts, so I needed to go inside the store for a print out (not refilling the paper is the least of their problems). Since I was in the store, I was planning on also purchasing food, soda & new phone cable. When I got inside the store, the workers WERE wearing a mask but most customers were NOT wearing a mask and NOT social distancing.  I got my receipt & left.   I'm NOT risking my health over chips, soda & a cable.   If I don't feel safe - I just cannot shop at this store.  My question is why can't the store manager enforce the mask mandate?   No shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service.   How hard is this?   Doesn't Pilot want to be an active participant in saving American lives? Are they afraid it's going to cost business?   If one of the minimum wage clerks gets COVID at work what happens to her family? read more

Very nice Travel Center. Easy to access on and off the interstate. Separate parking area for truckers. A variety of gas station options for drinks and snacks. There is also a Subway and Cinnabon at this location. Plenty of gas pumps that are easy to get around. Also plenty of parking. read more

This travel plaza has everything. They feature a subway shop as an option. Inside the plaza they have about nine different choices in hot dog types. Like any of the convenient stores they have a variety of coffee choices, snacks and some fantastic donuts including Cinnabon. If you were in the area it's a great stop by to get back on the road close to route 70 read more

During COVID none of the staff were wearing masks properly and many of the guests weren't either. Hazardous.

The showers were absolutely disgusting and barely done. Twice I got a shower here and both times there were pubes on the toilet a lot with pee stains on the seat. Showers felt slimy and the towels smelled bad. Fire whoever cleans the showers!!! We drivers don't deserve that crap. Absolute laziness! read more

I was pleasantly relieved that this gas station is following health and safety protocols during the 2020 pandemic. All I needed were scratch off tickets to use as Christmas gifts. I went to five other gas stations before stopping here. Unlike those other stations, everyone here had a mask on. It is a very clean station, and the employees are very polite and friendly. I made a point of thanking the manager for enforcing the policy. Staff is extremely rude and don't bother buying the "warm" Cinnabon at the counter, they tell you to heat them up in the microwave and then charge you the higher price. If your in a hurry this is not the place to stop, if there is register working expect a line. I'm disappointed to say the least considering this is a travel stop. *two thumbs down* read more

Bathrooms on my visit were clean. They had a variety of food and beverages, including Cinnabon. I didn't make use of anything besides the bathrooms so that's really all I can comment on. I've been to worse, I've been to better. If you gotta go, you gotta go-not much else to say. read more

Nicest restrooms I've seen lately in a truck stop. As in, clean and smelling good. As for the coffee area, that was another issue. Such dirty counters - somehow I got someone else's coffee and creamer all over me while making mine. Good thing I didn't mind running into the restroom again to wash all the stickiness off. read more

I got diesel at "Pilot Travel Center" in Hagerstown, MD for my R.V. "The Black Pearl" on 5/12/2010. The prices were competitive.

It's a Pilot travel center, they have most everything, this one me have the upgraded showers and bathrooms as most do now, staff is friendly, fresh coffee, has both fuel for truckers and gasoline for cars, what more can I say. read more

Parking is a cluster fuck. People inside are alright and shower heads do not work properly! They have a nasty McDonald's inside which no one needs to eat and is not even real food. Plus extremely over priced. Go across the street!!!! Much better food and service! Also cheaper on items! read more
