Best gas prices on the road! We saw other places before and after for 5 to 10 cents more. Today 2/21/23 it was $3.09 for regular. One of the pumps was out of order so we had to move to another one. The store seemed clean, and the bathrooms were fine - paper towels instead of the irritating blow dryers. read more

Terrible customer service! I have never been to this place but they are scammers. They have used my card and when I called to ask for the manager he said why, I asked for his name . The guy on duty TONIGHT hung up. I called back and asked why did you hang up he said because you could be playing I. The phone - ?!!! I asked why is my card being charged and I never came to this store ! He said your boyfriend said the same thing . I said wow- you're joking , you think this is funny? Small pilot but it was really clean inside and out. Average size showers and has a McDonald's for food options.

Great rest stop with food, clothing, fruit, bathrooms, and lots of gas pumps. Too many people are standing out front, smoking, so you must enter through a cloud of toxic smoke, but they had lots to offer. We will stop here again. read more

This is the busiest Pilot store I've ever been to. I usually stop here on my way from Charleston to GA and no matter the time of day (morning, afternoon, evening, night) it is always super busy with cars lining the gas pumps, big rigs pulling in and out, a few despots out front, lines at the register inside, and crowd shopping for all their convenience store needs inside. I usually stop here to take breather and get a soda or coffee to keep me alert while I'm driving; a few times I've gotten gas here. Each time I've been here the store has been really clean, including the restrooms and parking lot. They are always stocked up at their coffee bar and the coffee is always freshly brewed. The service staff here is friendly and they do a great job at getting people in and out of the store with minimal waiting. read more

The Pilot Travel Center in Bowman is one of my favorite places to stop for gas and snacks on Interstate 26 between Charleston and Columbia. It is super easy to get to from the interstate and get what you need and be back on the interstate in little time. This place is clean and well maintained on a consistent basis and seems to have really good gas prices. read more

Finally getting service back I can finish my reviews! So this was a decent spot, a sweet kind man stood by the door opening it for everyone. Which was very sweet, just hated that it was cold outside. Bathrooms definitely needed some work, but totally understandable if they just had a rush. Pumps were cleaned and fast pacing for once. Overall not a bad pull off for pilot. read more

Clean gas station. Clean area around the pumps. The store was nice, with lots of different items to purchase. The bathrooms could stand to be a bit cleaner, but this is a hopping place. My guess is that they are constantly cleaning the bathrooms and the sheer volume of people make it a difficult task. They have serve yourself drinks and convenience foods (like hot dogs), which was clean. The items looked like they had been out for a while. Wonderful staff at this location. This is our first time stop. The women's restroom smelled of urine & sewage but were pretty kept so the sewer line must be an issue for this station. Has onsite McDonalds, not that I went in there but inly because I don't like their food. Store has great selection of snacks & fountain soda machine. read more

Wow. Wow this place is always packed and hard to get to the pumps but it's always clean and the coffee fresh. For the hundreds of people going thru each hour they keep the restrooms really clean. It may be hard to find a parking space but it's my go to place while traveling. read more

On a recent road trip from Virginia to South Florida, my girlfriend and I stopped here for gas. We were glad to find a very large travel center with a McDonald's attached. As far as a travel center, this Pilot has everything - from souvenirs and DVDs for road trippers to mileage logs, electronics, and maintenance parts for truckers. They have an extensive snack food area, and they are the only place that I've found to carry the new "Cracker Jack'D" line of snack foods. They even have a hot dog station with warm cheese, chili, relish, and even grilled onions in take-out bags. read more

Pull in for the night . NO Wi-FI. Oh sure options are pilot FREE wifi which is useless!!! Can't use my paid service because no signal in the truck parking area! I go in for coffee in the morning 05:30 of the 8 coffee spouts 4 were being cleaned 3 were empty and one had bitter brewed coffee I had to delute with hot water and creamer and sugar. I'm sure the idiot that made the coffee doesn't drink coffee..told the clerk behind the counter. Just ignored the thought that he should make fresh coffee. read more
