Whenever I travel to Canada, I stop at this Pilot. They have a great selection of snacks and drinks. They also have a Cinnabon and Arby's inside. The bonus is the bathrooms are clean. A great place to stretch your legs. read more

This was a great stop and I'm only giving it a 3 because they didn't have much of a selection for healthy eats, and that was what I was in the mood for. My kids were happy with their selections, a big dog and chicken sandwich & if we are ever up in the area and need a quick stop, I'll give it a go again... as I know what to expect. Applied for a cashier job arrived early so watched a young woman being i terviewed. She was interviewed by 4 different people. For over an hour this went on. I approached woman at counter advised that I was there for my 12 pm interview. Which was started late i was interviewed for a grand total of I think 20 min. I advised I was a below knee amputee manager told me I would not be "Fast Enough" I understood that he meant because of my disability he assumed I could not do job. This is first time I have been confronted with discrimination boy it sucks. Thought that there were laws passed to stop this kind of thing. Wow job posted for cashier but misleading! This is an excellent place to stop at if you're on a roadtrip. PJ Fresh marketplace, Arby's, Cinnabon, and gas all in one place. An added perk: showers and laundry I'm thankful for rest stops, but Pilot stops offer a warm place to go to the bathroom. There are a lot of snacks, drinks and souvenirs (I.e. plushies). read more

It wouldn't kill anybody there to pick up a broom and dustpan and clean it up your act! What a filthy mess! I don't think it's ever been pressure washed or cleaned out front your shoes get filthy! There's never anything to wash your windows with that's not a piece of garbage! I don't even know how the truckers come here if you can't give them something to clean their windshield, or maybe theirs are nice and yours are crappy up front who knows? I wish I could post a negative rating and want to post if I don't it won't post without a star. When I walked into the truck stop the areas that I saw was not cleaned up, food under the tables over by Arby's side, counter's where the sauce station is the dripping was get hard on the surface, even the counter by the coffee station area. We always have a good experience here. Quick service and staff have always been friendly and helpful. They could do a better kid of cleaning up in the little dining area but it's tolerable. The selection at the coffee bar is Amazing and worth going there for that alone. We got a Cinnabon cinnamon roll and the staff gave us the extra icing we asked for. read more

They are not enforcing the mask mandate. There are signs on all of the doors, but they won't say anything to anyone and I've witnessed several truckers without a mask. I'm not saying the mask is on their chin - I'm saying there is NO mask at all and are still able to buy products and wander through the store. Obviously, they are ok with spreading covid into Washington from other states and vice versa. read more

First time visiting I needed a place to park for the night, they were not helpful and very rude to me. Telling me it was my problem that they were full and wouldn't tell me if there was anywhere nearby I could park!! Don't waste your time going there unless you enjoy poor customer service!! read more

If you are heading west on Hwy 530 this is an easy get in and get out fueling station. If you plan on getting back on the freeway this can be a very difficult and dangerous road because of all the traffic and semis. The fuel prices are generally always fair here. The fueling islands nicely spaced. The store is very dark and lacking much for hot food grab and go. They have an Arby's, Cinnabon and pizza. What I really wanted was a hot dog. They do not have:(! They were playing heavy metal acid rock in the store and fueling islands. Very unfriendly and does not create a nice shopping experience! Also none of their cooler items are priced, so I'm guessing they are so expensive you just don't ask! I had to ask for a receipt from the cashier it was not offered. No sanitizer was provided. I have been to other Pilot Gas Stations and been very impressed, unfortunately this one is not on that list. read more

This place is ridiculous! Went inside to order Arby's. The food was good so I awarded 1 star. Now, I finished my diet Dr. Pepper during my visit and inquired about a free refill. The lady working behind the counter at Arby's said free refills are allowed but indicated that I needed to serve myself at the fountain next to the Cinnabon. Ok, no problem. So I went over to the fountain next to the Cinnabon and proceeded to refill my cup. The lady working at Cinnabon rudely asked "I beg your pardon, what are you doing?". I explained that I was getting a free refill and that the worker at Arby's had indicated that I was to serve myself at this fountain. She agreed by saying "oh yes, that's right sir, but you need to use a fresh cup." Ok fair enough. So I grabbed a fresh cup, proceeded to fill my beverage, then turned and said "thank you very much" and started to depart. She called me back and bellowed "Hey, you gotta pay for that!" What the heck?!? She pointed to the cashier counter. I didn't want to be arrested for stealing, even though it was a FREE REFILL, so I said "fine" and went to the counter and pulled out my wallet. The guy working behind the counter, with no teeth, tried to ring me up at nearly $6.00. Now that's when I lost my cool and said "what the heck man?! This is supposed to be a FREE REFILL! I can buy a whole meal for that!" The guy said "oh, oh,...that's a free refill? Okay $3. and some odd cents. Fine. Last time I'll visit this place. read more

Propane prices are not only ridiculous, but they underfill the cylinders. I ran out late one night and there was nowhere else open. A tank that usually lasts me 46 hours only lasted 24. Buy your propane somewhere else. read more
