When many people commented asking where this information came from we were deleted and blocked from the page. They allowed horrendous and insensitive comments to stay up though. Completely unprofessional for so many reasons. As a pilot I would NEVER trust a company that acts this way. It is a concern for safety and just a horrible look. Blocking people for asking questions about the false information you post probably just scratches the surface of the issues with this company.

We texted him multiple times to confirm that the helicopter would arrive, asking regular and normal questions about proximity, time, etc. In one of the calls before the cancellation, he even mentioned that he was going to drop "pink color," displaying a lack of sense as a person who knows it's a surprise. The day before the scheduled flight, he texted me instead of calling, without an apology, stating that the helicopter was unable to fly. Please don't use this COMPANY.
