Angelica was absolutely awesome regarding scheduling. My only complaint was the aircraft I ended up in all the paperwork was not readily available . The airplane was completely stripped of all the paperwork to review prior to flight . No SQUAK sheet to look over , nothing . No pre flight fuel rods to check fuel , no step stool , nothing . Maybe I'm spoiled with the aircraft I typically fly . Any way the CFI I went with Devin was great . Unfortunately the only check list available was on his iPad , and it was generic which did not have emergency procedures, etc . I just prefer the factory Cessna stuff because all my training has been by the book . All the checklist are straight forward and complete . Also the Cessna I flew had a tight spot in the aileron which was very uncomfortable to fly .. kind unnerving so after the fact IF the SQUAK sheet was there I would have seen that or been able to note it to be fixed . All in all it was a great experience after going back and reviewing everything that took place it gave me a chance to dive into the FAR/AIM to check if what I experienced was legit , and it was not !! Next time in a situation like that I would not fly that aircraft and I would "politely" ask for all that documentation upfront since it was not readily available .

There was one other male helper and a female volunteer up on the ledge. It seemed like the other rude woman was needed to have helped but she did not have customer service skills. The day before the scheduled flight, he texted me instead of calling, without an apology, stating that the helicopter was unable to fly. Please don't use this COMPANY.
