Salmon in a a honey base that knocked my socks off. Yummy!
Janet R.

The food was delicious. The salmon was the best I've eaten in months. My husband had chicken picatta. It was cooked perfectly. We had the lobster bisque to start and it was served hot to our delight. I'd go back just for that. Cayman was our server. She was cordial and readily available. We decided to try something different in Tarpon and we chose wisely.

Oysters were good Salmon was raw in middle sent it back with the hostess as the waitress was no where to be found. After recooking the salmon was dried out; risotto was very good Fries were great with fish and chips Shrimp capellini was overly salty Server was terrible. She wasn't friendly, she never came back to check on us. Didn't bring a pen with check in order for us to sign. The hostess said she would send the server over for refills but she only brought one glass for one of the four of us. We were one of two tables occupied Air conditioning not working

Went for Brunch and very yummy. The Chicken & Waffles were nice and crispy although my husband did say he thought the batter needed a hint more seasoning. Still very good. Went back for dinner a few weeks later. My seafood pasta was tasty and my husband's burger was fantastic. Loved the bone marrow mayo. Very creative and delicious cocktails too.

First time eating here, nice little place, opened one year ago, clean, nice menu, good service. Met up with some friends and had a lovely meal. Items we had: the Salmon Salad, Filet, Wagu burger. We will be back

The food is outstanding! Fresh, flavorful, an amazing variety to choose from for lunch and dinner (yes, I've been twice already!) The staff is friendly, accommodating and service is prompt and professional. The new owners have done a great job giving the venue a facelift - the ambiance is fantastic. We sat inside for dinner and outside for lunch. Both settings were thoroughly enjoyable. Super exciting to have another phenomenal place to frequent in Tarpon Springs! Kid Friendly Comfortable Atmosphere Incredible Ambiance Delicious Food Amazing Service

Filet? Overdone. Gravy was... off.

They tried to be upscale but an incomparable steak to Texas Roadhouse (pretty sure they could have put that piece of meat in the display window at roadhouse). Two of the meals were on point tho. More bar food, the hot honey chicken fingers and wagu burger. Which is what that place should be. The head on the fish should definitely be mentioned on the menu or by the server. 2.5/5 You could be successful, if you skip the fancy and do upscale bar food.

This place should have been packed...we were very pleased with everything put in front of us for a girls' night dinner! We shared a couple of appetizers and tried some of their signature cocktails to start. The margarita was beautiful and delicious, and the mule was fresh and tangy. First up was the calamari which was still sizzling when our sweet server set it down- fried peppers mixed in with the tender fried squid! Amazing Brussel sprouts with the perfect blend of crunch and tenderness, sweet and tart from the balsamic and a bite of bitters from the crispy fried edges- so good! I had the house salad with shrimp added- sweet and savory- topped with the lemon vinaigrette, cranberries, and beets paired with goat cheese, pecans, and arugula. I also had their very delicious bone broth French onion crock. Friends enjoyed the bisque, carpaccio, and tuna dishes (I'm not a fan of raw food, so I can only say that they were very happy with their dishes!). The building has been a mainstay in Tarpon Springs for decades- the Pilot House is a new addition to the space. Try it out- you won't be disappointed!

The sign coming in said wait to be seated. We had to go to the bar for a waitress. Service was sparse. Food was good.

This upscale establishment sets the stage for class and comfort with its urban industrial loft feel complete with couch living room spaces and long counter bar. The wine list is EXTENSIVE and thoughtful. The menu is fitting for an upscale wine bar while also being a foodie dream. So many amazing food items it was hard to decide. With $20 wine flights, $5 sangria Tuesdays live music twice a week, a novel of premium wines, and an epicurean light fair menu, this is the spot to be for the sophisticated and discerning wine lover. There is a small beer menu as well for those being accompanied by non wine drinkers. And a handful of non alcoholic drinks. On the menu tonight was the 1000 day Harvest Flatbread and it was PHENOMENAL! The carmelized onions and balsamic drizzle had me pairing it with an equally phenomenal Malbec. The pricing is not cheap but fitting for the taste and quality Wine Society is the place to be. I will definitely be back

We each ordered a wine flight...one red and one white. I especially enjoyed the white wines, while my husband preferred the reds. As we relaxed and sipped our wine, we ordered the Grande Chateau Charcuterie Board. Unfortunately, this was the only part of our experience that fell short. For $38, we expected a more complete board based on the menu description. Ours was missing items such as nuts and spreads, and it included only a few apple slices. We felt the presentation and portions could be improved to better reflect the price. That said, the wine, ambiance, and overall experience were very enjoyable, and we would definitely return for another visit.
