The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because the Wendy's inside of flying J is garbage! And what makes them garbage is the service, they are always rude when I go and disrespectful. They never greet you the closest thing you get from a greet is a pissed off face and attitude! Rather your going through the drive thru or walk in. As far as the store part and the other eating places inside the employees are very nice and pleasant. Hands down the best shower I had at a truck stop. Clean towels that actually smells good! Friendly staff with safety oriented.

Do not get stuck here or anywhere near here since they do not have any type of customer service. if you run out of gas or caught a flat tire they will do everything to get You gone even calling the cops. staff isn't helpful and are very rude even when explaining situations to them read more

I haven't had a problem with this place or the people in it. I don't know much about the truck drivers that come in here but I love this place! Breakfast lunch dinner served! Great coffee! Pizza looks bomb unlimited drink refills at Wendy's if you have a Wendy's cup. Showers are $17 they provide the necesites. dryer and washing machines available for a fare price. Lobby with comfy chairs and TV. charger outlets everywhere to charge your phone overall this place is the best you can find everything you need here at the Flying J. I haven't had a problem with any of the people here they are all nice and just minding their own buisness. This is my favorite place, I come here all the time you could never get bored here! This place need to change all the employees and the manager... horrible place, we arrived about 20:30 bought team shower and was 14 in line they said will be ready about 2hr, so we waiting for four hr. no food, kitchen was close because they sell everything so they no prepare anything to morning, no coffee , no sugar , no milk nothing.. the two guys who clean the bathroom was walking around , 4 shower was empty for more than one hour. Was 18 drivers waiting for a shower and they don't care , not friendly people. This is my second time in one month and hope is the last one, nothing chance in this place. The cheapest fuel in the area I like they have glass cleaner at all the fuel stations. There is never a wait for a pump the fuel stations are cleaned daily and sanitized . The attendants are friendly and they have showers at the gas station. Who knew you can take a shower and get your tank filled all in the same spot read more

Very clean restrooms, The Wendy's is always open with lunch and breakfast available. All good is cooked well. The showers are clean as well. They have lots of snacks and miscellaneous items that you might need for the road. read more

I'd really give no stars if I could. I work down the street and I stopped by to get some gas after work around 2:50am and I personally didn't experience her rude customer service but I saw and heard the cashier lady Rachel I believe was her name being unbelievably rude to a customer who didn't speak English. She was getting mad at him because she couldn't understand him? She then asked her coworker for help and said " he's speaking Spanish and I don't understand him he's talking to fast can you translate" and started speaking under her breath. It was the most rude encounter I ever seen. I was so mad I wanted to tell her something about her being rude. When I walked up to the register next there was a machine behind her beeping that was printing out some yellow papers, she literally screamed and told the machine to shuttup like a person lol . I asked her if she was okay and if it had been a long night. She said yes that it was "just one of those nights" I felt like she was overall acting very inappropriate and unprofessional. I hope you guys take a look into her behavior because I would hate to have this experience every time I come in here. On 8/26/2020 I walked I walked into this flying J and asked an attendant if were I was parked was ok. Without even looking or saying hi even she said "You truck drivers park wherever you want, If your truck is gone tomorrow it's your fault". Obviously this woman has a huge chip on her shoulder and needs to be let go as customer service is not in her. I wish I got her name at the time but I didn't I figured it wasn't worth staying here or giving them my business. Especially since I asked a simple question and was not even looked at as a person. They really sport an attitude her against non-truckers. Your mileage will vary, didn't have this problem outside of California, but be aware you might get magic hours that are not posted or even actually exist if you want to purchase shower. If you have a website and you post shower hours 24hrs with no restrictions on some demographic then 5 minutes later attempt to purchase then I'd recommend conducting all your business with a professional business and avoid that specific establishment. this is for the wendy's...idk if it's cuz its 4am or not but i ordered 2 salads both of them were brown..i ended up tossing them in the trash when i got home so now i guess i have croutons and ranch i ordered a large fry and it cane in a small container halfway full and they threw napkins in the container to fill the rest and they were cold..lady at the drive thru was nice i guess...but yea now im hungry, broke, and disappointed..I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WENDY'S!!! better off going to country village one offramp down or the farmer boys across the street i guess read more

I travel ALOT and I use flying jays all over the state this is the first time I've come to this one. I typically will pull in when I'm tired- rest - then wake up buy a shower, get breakfast and gas then I'm on my way. I got here close to midnight and get woken up at 5 am !! by security telling me I can be here this long ...? I'm incredibly annoyed especially since I need to be up at 7am. I've never experienced this so I'm leaving incredibly irritated. read more

I wanted to share my experience i had in the mira loma location on 8/9. My husband and I stopped in for pizza, ordered a whole pizza, paid, and sat in our car for aprox 15 mins until it was ready. My husband went back in to get our pizza and upon receiving the pizza the worker Delilah accused my husband of not paying for the pizza, though he did, another cashier took his payment. My husband told her he paid once again, and she said 'take the fucking pizza bitch and leave' my husband told her he was not trying to be aggressive he just wanted our pizza. She again began to use profanity and told him 'tell your wife i get off at 11' insinuating that she wanted to fight, mind you I was sitting in the car. Once my husband came back to the car with the pizza, he told me the situation, and i asked if he talked to a manager and he said no. I looked at the pizza, it was burnt. So not only did we receive poor customer service, get cussed at, threatened, we received a burnt pizza. At that time we both went back in, my husband asked for a manager, and while he was talking to the manager Kara, i went to the counter to return the pizza, where i then seen Delilah, asked her if she accused my husband a stealing a pizza and told her our pizza was burnt and we wanted a new one. She began to talk loud and told me i could come back at 11 (like she told my husband previously) if it was a problem. To note, i am five months pregnant. she continued to cuss throw her hands up, hit her palm with her fist, and just act insanely rude. This is absolutely unacceptable to be talked too or treated like this from a person working in an establishment. Kara, the manager on duty de-escalated the situation, but again Delilah still began to yell back at me and threw a pizza on the ground. If she works here another day, i will be reaching out continueusly to make sure she cannot provide this type of service to anyone else ever. She is a pure disgrace of customer service representation of the flying j. Not only did we have a horrible experience but she threatened to harm me and my unborn child. Ok so last nite I showered here and as I was getting my things together to exit the showers the power went out for about 30-60 seconds. I opened the door to see if all the lights were out and I quickly gathered my things, and i walked out and the shower girl/ cleaner was right there in the hall. She told me to leave the door opened as she headed towards me so I did. And shortly afteri realized I left my diamond ring on the counter and now it's just gone forever. I went back today and she tells me that she immediately left after me vcuz she wasn't feeling well. And that someone else cleaned the shower after I left. Her boss never mentioned the gurl leaving at that moment or anything. He just said I talked to her but she said she never saw a ring on the counter.... well how one he didn't ask whoever cleaned it then!!! The daytime manager was so rude about it..saying she didnt know what I was Talking about !!! That's it He never mentioned that she left right behind me or that someone else was cleaning instead!!! WTH!!! That's it no trying to locate the shower cleaning person or any other effort !! She has bright RED hair and looks sketchy AF ....she happened to leave work as she was heading straight to the shower to clean it....but never went inside she says.....come on...look at the cameras or something..... !! read more

So today I went to Pilot Flying J to grab something to eat for me and my family at Wendy's. I had a big order to make so I explained the order with the cashier Krystal slowly. She made a mistake which I totally understand because I had a big order. So she got her manger Jessica to fix the problem but she couldn't figure out the problem as well cause I used my card instead of cash. So Jessica ran to get the manger to show Jessica how to fix the problem with my card. Long story short, I never gotta thank you or sorry from both of them. I also asked for a cup holder from Krystal and she never gave it to me I had to ask someone else and they didn't put no napkins in any of my bags. I know I could've done it myself but I would've thought they would've done it already. So my mom tried to call them but they wouldn't answer their phone so we thought they were busy with customers. So my mom left them a voice message to call her back plus they messed up on my whole order. So they never called us back nor did they say sorry or thank you! So this is why I'm leaving a one star rating because it was bad customer service and poor acknowledgment and unprofessional. They need to retrain some of their employees and their MANAGER! read more
