Amazing, fun, and innovative! These are some of the words that come to mind after my first class…read more The Daily Method combined yoga with a total body work out. The class consisted of a perfect combination of stretching, body weight exercises, holding positions, and aligning your body. It can make your body more flexible as well as strength and tone your body. Whether you are a beginner to fitness or an elite athlete, the exercises are as challenging as you make it. And there is music playing for the majority of the class. Upbeat and feel good music! Sarah was the instructor and she was friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. She talked through each exercise and demonstrated it perfectly. She motivated the class and helped each student when they needed it. She eats, breathes, and sleeps the Daily Method and you can see her passionate right away when you first meet her. Honestly, as a guy I didn't think it would be a work out or that it wouldn't be for me but I was completely wrong. The class was a great work out and the environment ultra supportive and warm. I would highly recommend checking them out.

I came to the Dailey Method to try out a class. I have to say that the class was amazing! They have combination locks (you set the combination yourself!) so you don't have to bring a lock (phew!). As I was walking into class I was told to grab 2lbs weights. My first thought was "I can totally carry more than two lbs". Hahaha boy was I wrong! If this is your first class do not roll your eyes at the 2lbs suggestion! The class was energetic and focused on small movements. You would think that it wouldn't do much but it really targets your muscles! Sarah, the co-owner of the studio, is amazing. She's helpful and energetic and she really pushes you through when you think you can't do that last set. The workout was amazing. The studio is beautiful, clean and a great friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a challenging workout.

I can't believe no one has reviewed this place yet. I love Reform!…read more This is a pilates-esque workout on a contraption called the Reformer. You pick how hard it is based on some adjustments you can make to the machine. The workouts are 25 minutes each (includes upper+core or lower+core), or you can opt for a "double" which is just 2 classes back-to-back. I'm glad the classes aren't longer because the workout is so challenging that anything more would level me. The instructors are all so nice, and super willing to help you get to know what you're doing. The class sizes are small (10? 12?), and you get lots of individual attention. You do have to buy some grippy socks. If you have yoga socks with the grips on the bottom, that'll probably suffice. I saw someone with those neon pink grip socks you get at the trampoline park. They're pretty chill about it. I think if you sign up for an introductory class, you get some free socks with it too. The facility is nice and new, and there is free parking available. There are also free lockers in the facility. I think there are some additional services, like body composition testing, but I don't know too much about that. Anyway, if you're into fun fitness classes that are motivating and make you feel like Britney in 2003, go on and give Reform a try.

Welcoming instructors and staff, along with effective and safe workouts makes reform a spot worth…read morechecking out. I had been lucky enough to have used a mega reformer in Toronto and when visiting my parents, was introduced to this awesome place. I can safely safe I'm hooked! The workouts kick my butt every time. The best part is that no matter what level you are, beginner to advanced, there are always modifications or ways to make the workout more challenging or scale it down. If you're looking for a workout that gets results, offers a motivating environment and supportive community, I highly recommend trying a class or two. You may end up hooked too! :)
