Too bad, as the moves in the class seemed good and challenging. Pro musicians learn to safeguard their ears. People in the class seemed oblivious to the volume/distortion, but if they expose themselves to this regularly, they will experience hearing damage.

Previously I had been to one of the larger places where you're in a room with other people and you may or may not have your actual PT, it might be their assistant. Reform is completely the opposite and I have enjoyed every minute of it! Jen is amazing and is addressing other areas of concern in addition to my knee. In just a few weeks, I feel so much stronger and motivated to continue to work outside of my appointments as well. You're working one on one, so you're not in a giant room with other people who are all doing PT at the same time. It's so personalized and targeted to what's going to help you the most. I'll also say I love the online booking system. It's super easy and if I need to make and adjustment, I can. Despite this, we were still charged without any advance notification. When we reached out to address the issue, the response was extremely unhelpful. We were told nothing could be done about the charges, and the only option offered was a future credit. There was no consideration for the fact that injuries don't have a fixed recovery timeline, and no effort to handle the situation with understanding or flexibility. Overall, the lack of communication and empathy is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.
