The day of the appointment I called twice around 1400 to get an eta. she said she thought it was for a different day. I told her no because we were leaving the state. she apologized and said she would be here two hours later at 1600. I agreed to this. it's been 30 minutes past this she won't answer calls and she's obviously not coming. Do not hire this cleaner. Horrible customer service and follow through. You will be disappointed. The least you could do as a business owner is give a courtesy call saying you won't be able to do this after all not just ignoring calls when you agreed to do a service. This is just a sad excuse for business practice.
