This company asserts discretion to materially alter official transcripts. Not just like in a…read moregrammatical sense or to remove filler words but they will remove entire pages of a transcript if they believe the record is irrelevant to the case such as judges and opposing counsel having a conversation about how the judge is best friends with the opposing counsel's sister. Then when you ask them about it they say they need the judge to order them to change the transcript because they can't change the transcript without a court order. Let that sink in. But I'm sure this is a great company if you've got money to bribe them to commit felony tampering with evidence ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
