This place was so intimate and classic. Loved everything about it! Their service was fantastic and they were really friendly! Their signature cocktails were delicious (we tried several different ones). I liked the feel of it being like a speakeasy. This is a cool place off the beaten path so to speak if you want something different to try while in Leavenworth! We will be back the next we are in town! read more

I (almost quite literally) stumbled into Pika Provisions on our recent Yelp's Leavenworth Road Trip as I had about half an hour to kill before meeting the gang for some karaoke nearby. This tiny little subterranean spot has a definite speakeasy vibe, and isn't super easy to find but definitely worth checking out. It's small, dark, and has lotssss of atmosphere. It would be the perfect place for a romantic date. Alas, I was solo on this particular visit. So I ordered a dirty vodka martini which was adorned by the best. Olives. Ever. No really. These olives. Um, gimme a full bowl of 'em next time please. Apparently they come from someplace special - I asked the sweet bartender where, and he told me, but of course that information didn't stick around in my brain long enough to write this review. Suffice to say, they weren't an olive that I've ever seen at a local grocery store. The drink itself was delish and I was sad to have to head up to karaoke so soon after enjoying it. Luckily, the karaoke bar was packed so I brought my friends right back down to Pika. No, they don't have karaoke here (which is probably good considering how tiny the place is) but on the second visit I enjoyed the best gin 'n tonic of my life. Did I mention this place might now surpass Munchen Haus on my list of "Must visit in Leavenworth" spots? Yup, pretty sure it does. Just a note: one thing this place doesn't have is a wide variety of food options. They appear to specialize in caviar, and not the cheap stuff, if you catch my drift. So eat before (or after) you go. Or come prepared to shell out some $ for what I'm sure is delicious caviar. Cheersa read more

Easily one of, if not the best drinking spot in town if you're looking for a bit more than wine and beer. It may not be on Front st. (literally or figuratively) but if you're out enjoying your evening, you'll want to try here. Downstairs, amongst other shops and businesses that may or may not be closed sits Pika Provisions in the back where it has an exclusivity to it. If you're at Pika Provisions, it's because you were told or you were looking for it Everything you're looking for is there - great service, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, nice looking interior with a fair amount of seating. They have a wide selection of cocktails all crafted and offer up all your favorites as well as tonics, vermouths, vodkas, rums and more. Came as part of a group of 3+ and were able to get a nice space for the whole group. Server was very nice - willing to make suggestions for some of the more indecisive members of our group. I had the "Summer technology" - Elderflower, "potato" vodka with garnish. It's described as a spike 'lemonade'. both refreshing and smooth. Glad we stumbled upon this gem, especially because the previous place we dodged was the opposite of Pika Provision. I'll say again, if you're out looking for cocktail refreshments off the path, check out Pika. read more

This is a perfect underground treasure in Leavenworth. The vibe, the service, and the drinks are incredible. As someone who loves the idea of a cocktail more than the reality of one... finding drinks that I genuinely enjoy is difficult but I search in hopes of finding an answer to my dilemma! I was feeling brave and ordered an Amaretto Sour and.... I have fallen in love. The presentation and taste of the drink are still enough to get my mouth watering. I loved my time spent at Pika. I definitely recommend if you're looking for an intimate location to enjoy a drink and some company. read more

I've been wanting to try Pika Provisions since I saw them on Yelp's list of the Top Speakeasy Bars in the US. It's a bit hard to find if you don't know what you're looking for (hence, speakeasy). This is exactly what Leavenworth needed! It has a cool atmosphere that feels inspired by tiki bars. Our drinks were nicely balanced and there are some others on the menu I'd love to try. I wasn't blown away but I enjoyed our drink and the atmosphere and would come back on my next trip to Leavenworth if looking for a cocktail. read more

We were lucky enough to get some local knowledge and found this best ever craft bar. We had a few rounds of very nice drinks made and served by one of the Owner/Partners, Liz. The atmosphere is phenomenal whether you sit at the bar to watch the craft cocktail art or grab a booth for quality time with a group. The drinks are great and the selection of spirits is astounding. They carry many unique quality items. Lastly, the locals were as great as the bar. We really enjoyed feeling part of this special town and very special bar for a few hours. Cheers! read more

Pika is a fantastic little spot that has a group of folks that really know their stuff. The vibes here are quiet, perfect for conversation. The whole place is chill and the drinks were fantastic. If you wanted a place to wind down with a couple of people and try a few new drinks this would be a great spot. The location is on the small side, and with that + location the drinks are expensive. Definitely a place to get one fancy drink rather than 5 cheapo beers to get loaded. read more

The BEST place to get cocktails in Leavenworth! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The atmosphere is SO cute--very speakeasy-esque. The staff is super friendly and remembered our order from one visit to the next. The liquor selection is insanely large. And the cocktails themselves are INCREDIBLE. We had 4 different drinks and each was phenomenal and unique. Liz and Aaron, the owners, are both super nice and welcoming. We will be back for sure! read more

What a random and lucky find. We were upstairs for a wine tasting and stumbled across this place after finding the building common bathroom. We noticed people flocking in and how it rapidly it filled up. We found a seat at the bar and immediately felt the intimate vibe. The bartenders were very attentive and informative. We aren't caviar connoisseurs by any means, but the prices were reasonable so we went for it. What. A. Treat. Caviar, sardines, white wines, and the ambience of this bar made for a memorable experience. read more

Since this is a speak easy... and is supposed to be secret... should I even be writing a review?! :D Luckily, some friends told me about this place on a recent trip to Leavenworth, so we decided to go on an adventure and grab some drinks in this hidden location! Tucked away in downtown Leavenworth, it has a cozy cabin type of feel. The cocktail list was pretty decent, I settled for their Salty Raccoon, which was good. Prices weren't over the top which was nice. My friends enjoyed their drinks too. I might explore cocktails in other bars in Leavenworth to compare before returning here again. But nice to see something like this in the area! Nice staff too which helped. read more

Leavenworth has it's charm and it's a fabulous destination for climbing, but if you're over the Bavarian mountain vibe and looking to hide out from the tourists, this is a proper, classy, well appointed, speak-easy-esque venue is your spot. You could easily miss it so make sure you follow the photos. I was lucky enough to get turned on to Pika by a local burger joint. I hesitate to recommend Pika Provisions for fear they'll be overtaken by tourists. That said, as a woman who loves to share my knowledge of food & beverage, I'd be remiss not to share this gem! Tucked down a set of stairs from my favorite bakery, and around the corner, this tucked-away speakeasy is not what you'd expect. Leave your pseudo-German hat (and bro-dude attitude) at the door. This place knows what "local" should feel like. Skilled mixologists (and owners) create their own unique concoctions - meticulously-crafted from house-made bases (and years of knowledge) - as well as staple cocktails. From their apertif-hour, to their end-of-month tiki nights, Pika is my new go-to when in Leavenworth. Knowledgeable conversation, year's-old expertise, and a always a friendly welcome, you'll know it's the right place the moment you walk in the door. *Bonus points for hand-hewn ice spheres! read more

Milk punch! This makes Leavenworth worth the travel. The feel is very speakeasy but the drinks deliver to the drink snob very well.

Great drinks, excellent service, tasteful snacks. We had a great experience thanks to Liz and Matt. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Would 100% come back. We requested a special drink from Liz and it had definitely exceeded our expectations. It was a fun and savory drink made with the leftover cockles brine from our tinned fish. Beautifully paired with gin, vermouth, and lime juice. The fruitiness of the leftover espelette in our cockles brine was subtle yet balanced out the drink. The drink was topped with a fun pickles garnish of caper berries and Piparra peppers. I would highly recommend. read more

Please note, I NEVER leave reviews, this experience was by far the rudest experience I've had as a customer that I felt the need to let the public know about our experience. Was trying to go here for our friends Bachelorette to start off her night, the hostess said it was a 45 minute wait since we were a group of 8 (totally understandable), we were ready to wait since this is what the bride wanted to do. The bride was a little dehydrated and we asked for water for her while we were waiting. The male waiter was so nice and brought it out immediately. We sat waiting for a bit, and the bride needed to run to the restroom because she had a bit of a stomach ache. The hostess then comes back out and says that wait will be longer and that we wouldn't be served because the bride "seemed drunk" (she never asked if she was okay). We explained to her that she was in the bathroom for another reason and we hadn't even drank anything tonight. The hostess was very dismissive and unwelcoming. We told her we weren't going to come here anymore and that she wasn't respectful. We waited for the bride by the bathroom and heard her laughing the whole experience off with two other guests waiting for seats. Very unprofessional and disappointed about how our bride was treated. read more

Great cocktails. Horrible Service. We have been to Pika many times. Tonight we brought a large party and wanted to work with the staff to bring us all together as a group. So disappointed. As tables became available we asked that we could consolidate our group. No. Not an option. There was no one waiting and instead they didn't understand our simple request. On exit I brought this up and the large bartender got all physical and said he didn't want us there. Really confusing. Something is wrong at Pika. While they get the cocktails they don't understand the basics of customer service. So be it. There are alternatives. Why bring a group if they are disrespected? Never again to Pika. read more

Excellent cocktail, cozy ambience, great service! Limited snack options though. Highly recommend; will definitely go again!

First off I will say its a cute place but man was it actually difficult to find! Once we made it inside its very quaint, you seat yourself in some wooden booths or the bar stools. The drink menu isn't large but the options are meant to be much more craft cocktail and very old-school as opposed to the standard bar. Ordered the Salty Raccoon, which was their take on a margarita, and It was rather disappointing. Not worth paying $15 for a drink with one shot, but you're paying for the atmosphere I guess! Worth stopping in for a single drink to check it out. read more
