We wish Ken Pignone never left Connecticut! He is a fantastic plumber and a great guy! The people of North Carolina are lucky to have him! The first thing Ken did for us was replace our boiler and water heater. His workmanship was excellent and his yearly checkups kept the boiler and water heater running smoothly. Ken was also proactive reminding us each year about the checkup. We have also had Ken replace piping throughout the house. He's replaced faucets and fixed other plumbing issues in our home. I have used Ken 3 projects. Brand new boiler and indirect water heater saves us money from the boiler running all the time. It was our biggest project and with 3 quotes he had the best quote. My brother in law gave us his name. We have gotten new Toilets put in from Ken they I think were called Right Height he even hauled the old ones away for us at not cost. Ken came right over even though it was not an emergency. I needed an outdoor faucet bib moved from one side of the house to another. He was quick, did an amazing job, even matching the mortar for the brick to the existing mortar. He left the house clean, like it was when he got there. He is such a lovely man to work with as well. Pignone Plumbing fixed my water heater. Mr. Pignone arrived promptly at the promised time. He was polite and respectful of my home. He completed the repairs in a fast and efficient fashion. After he emerged from the crawlspace, he showed me the old parts he had replaced. His bill seemed fair for the job. I left phone messages with four different plumbers. Only Pignone returned my call.
