I'm from Texas and miss basic Tex-Mex ingredients, so I am delighted that they carry tomatillos, serranos, habañeros, and other such ingredients. You can also find affordable, good cuts of meat. Although I haven't yet tried them, they also have rotisserie chickens. The beer and wine selection is good. It could be better, but I also understand that this is a small town in the American south. My biggest issue is that the vegetables are almost all in Styrofoam and cling wrap. I would rather be buy it loose as one can do in Kroger or Wal-Mart. It's good that Cochran has a grocery store again and Food Depot is a good place for food needs.

I did my shop through sporting goods, checking out the RV section and the nearly empty ammunition cabinet before continuing through to the grocery section. I found the items I wanted in sufficient quantity, picking up the ingredients to make chili and some more eggs and the like. The stock was in good shape. Walmart does not carry the keto bread I like so I got some low carb tortillas instead. Mentally prepared for the wait that I had seen when I entered, I was pleased to see that there was now another register open and no long waits. This place is a true joke. The prices are awful the products are off we might as well go to Dollar…read moretree. Their prices are higher than Walmart. And they don't have enough help. You call for assistance and you going to wait 20 minutes because they don't have any help in there. The reason most places don't have help nowadays it's because they don't treat people right and it don't pay people right. And there's a lot of it's a lot of undercover racism going on.
