Dr. Spetko has been a decent doctor and he is a good personality …read more Problem i'm experiencing is that after prescribing a medicine for me . The insurance company kicked it back for whatever reason and then it has fallen on most likely his nurse to follow through and explain that i'm qualified to receive the perscription . Been waiting about a month for her (his nurse ) to get the problem squared away and keep getting mouth service from her that she will . Whenever i call the insurance company to get a status they tell me that they are still waiting to hear back from Dr. Spetko . So i guess the moral is that even though you think you have a good doctor . It takes a supporting team behind him to sometimes help the patient have a good service . My service has been decidedly disappointing and it is now time to move on to an office that is willing to work with me all the way through the process . Honestly its like a zoo in the waiting room and it takes a long time to see the doctor . Go here if you don't mind being jerked around a bit !

My son was sick and I didn't feel like the appointment was rushed, he explained everything and did a complete thorough sick visit exam. He answered my questions with kindness and care and gave me comfort knowing I can ask him anything and not feel like I was a bother. Now for the staff from the second we walked in we were greeted immediately from the girls at the front desk. They were friendly, welcoming and patient. The nurse came out and called my son's name just from her first hello I got a good vibe from her, she was so friendly and caring. She was thorough when asking all of the questions and most importantly her kindness to my son and explaining what she's going to do next was so important to me because my main concern is my kids and that they feel comfortable. Then the nurse that called on the phone was so sweet and caring I believe her name was Carmen we are new to the practice so I have to remember everyone's name.
