The owner of the cheese shop was super enthusiastic about how he had just started the business seven months ago and how he was doing well. His passion for cheese and offering to share a taste of anything we wanted outside of the norm was very cool. If I lived in the area i'd make this shop a regular spot to score my cheese.

The menus are on chalkboards on the wall. The waiter was extremely helpful and said he would choose our cheese/meats for us. We got the mixed plate, which included two meats and three cheeses. He also paired wines for us and recommended we get a salad. We had the following meats and cheeses: 1. jambon cru lyonnaise 2. chorizo doux 3. Brillat-Savarin (paired with radish) 4. Sechons (paired with dried fruit) 5. Fougerus (paired with marmalade) I enjoyed both meats, but really enjoyed the creamy Fougerus cheese with the marmalade. The salad gave a lightness to the meal and helped cleanse our palates between meats and cheeses. The place is small and cozy, but lively! I appreciate the excellent service and friendliness of the waitstaff here.
