Stayed during the festival and a minimum of one person was broken into and stolen from each evening. Not safe.

I was here few years ago and one guy rent his "flat" in this residence online. The guy was a liar his flat is here and he has fake name. This is more like a hotel building than residence. He said he will give the deposit money back but he didn't give any deposit money back he just took the deposit money and disappear. Liar who wanted only to ruin holidays and I'm sure he still does the same online with his fake names. Warning. Don't pay anything with your bank card to him. He pretend friendly and he will drive you from Cannes station to Cannes La Bocca other side of the city near beach street. If you come here rent the flat only through the reception and don't trust nobody. The reception workers can't do anything if somebody steal your money here. Also police does nothing if somebody steal. It's better to come here with less money. That's why I have to give only 2 points. I liked the garden+palm trees there. This residence is near the sea. read more
