There was empty soda cans all over the place, boxes everywhere, the place looked like it wasn't even disinfected, and after getting my tattoo I noticed an artist in the back eating WITH HIS GLOVES ON before returning to tattoo the client without changing them. They also didn't even wrap my tattoo. Overall I definitely don't recommend this place and will not be returning myself. When I returned to pick it up, the ring still would not go on my finger. They had only resized it to a size 8, even though I specifically requested a size 9. When I brought this to their attention, instead of acknowledging that my ring had not been resized to the size I requested, they tried to charge me double to correct it. I had already paid for this service, so why was I being asked to pay again for work that wasn't completed as agreed? What made the situation even worse was how they treated me. They tried to convince me that they had actually done the work, even though the ring still would not fit. A man I had never met before suddenly claimed he was the person who had taken my order and told me that he had even offered me a discount. I had never met or spoken to this man before that day. Meanwhile, the employee I had originally dealt with sat silently while this other man attempted to tell me what supposedly happened during an interaction I never had with him. I was standing there explaining that I had requested a size 9, had already paid, and still could not get the ring on my finger. Instead of taking my concern seriously, I felt like they were trying to make me question what I knew I had requested and paid for. I was treated as though I didn't understand my own transaction, and the entire interaction felt disrespectful and dishonest. This store has a high rating, which is why I trusted them with my ring in the first place. Unfortunately, my personal experience was nothing like what I expected. I paid to have my ring resized to a 9, it was only resized to an 8, and when I questioned the result, I was asked to pay more money. I paid for a service, did not receive the size I specifically requested, and then felt dismissed and disrespected when I spoke up about it. Customers should not have to pay twice to get the service they originally requested. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this store to get the agreed-upon size and price in writing and check their jewelry carefully before leaving.
