As a result, we were asked to wait even longer while someone who walked in after us without an appointment--was taken first. The owner repeatedly apologized but made no effort to accommodate us in any way. The staff was extremely rude and completely unempathetic. Prices are outrageous, and the customer service was awful. Zero out of ten. We will never return.

I emailed the team here and they got back to me quickly. I sent them a mock up of the image I wanted to work with so they had an idea, as well as, the location I preferred. When I arrived, the artist was able to do a transfer for me and we opted to move the placement a little bit higher up my wrist as I have a dominate tendon that could have been more painful and made it look odd with the movements. I liked that she advised me on her logic and why she thought it was best to move it up about an inch. The tattoo took about 30 minutes and was wrapped up nicely. The place was very clean and everyone was very professional. It healed up nicely and still looks great. I get a lot of compliments on it. Ultimately my daughter did not get her ears pieced during the appointment. But that had nothing to do with the kindness and patience that the 2 women working at Drift showed for my daughter. They walked her through every step of the process and answered any questions she had. Unfortunately my daughter lost her nerve and didn't go through with the piercing. Lily the woman doing the piercing did not make her feel judged and supported any choice she wanted to make for her body. When my daughter is ready to try again I would definitely take her back to Drift.
