The well known Delco jeweler on Baltimore Pike in Springfield next to the Wine and Spirits shop (you can figure it out) basically told me they can't deal with Citizen's customer service because it's too difficult (even though they are a Citizen dealer), and that I would have to order and wait for the part myself before bringing it back to them for repair. They gave me the number to Citizen customer service and wished me luck. The Littman Jeweler in Springfield Mall graciously offered to help me, but they said they would have to mail the watch to Citizen in Torrance, CA and it would take 4-6 weeks to fix. I happened to be in Exton Square Mall recently for Xmas shopping since it's close to work, and inquired to the Littman Jewelers there about my watch since I had it with me. I figured I'd let them do the repair instead since they were near work and I could shoot there during a lunch break to pick it up sometime whenever it got done. The gentleman behind the counter said no problem, he'd order the part for me and have it done in about 7-10 days. He had it done in 6. Gang, THAT'S how you serve a customer! Kudos! (I didn't get his name, but I assume it's the manager there during the week. Nice guy!)

The quality of these earrings and horrible customer service of this staff lets me know why I use Leon Benari (Exton and Newtown Square locations) as my jeweler. The quality of the jewelry at Leon Benari is worth the price tag.
