On the day they came out I was able to chat with his workers beforehand and they were friendly while remaining professional. More importantly, I could see their skill and hard working ethic once they began cutting. They were able to make good work of a difficult job without damaging my personal property. On top of this, they were kind enough to cut up a couple last second branches we didn't think about initially. They werent the absolute cheapest but we're far from the most expensive. They do a fantastic job for a very fair price.

They took down the tree, ground the large root structure, hauled away the materials, and left us ready to apply a yard of top soil and grass in the area.
