Weeds were all over my yard due to not having treatments done that I prepaid for. Manager was always "heading into a meeting" and would never talk to me and would not call me back. They eventually did come and apply a treatment (in AUGUST) WEEKS after they said I was on the "ASAP list". I was told they would work out getting a partial refund for the missed applications as well as for the hassle of me having to continuously follow up and do their jobs for them and they have not called me back. I have left messages that go unanswered and wait times to talk to someone are insultingly long (even if you call right when they open). I would not recommend them and will not be using them ever again.

It's a national company, and once you sign a contract, the work can be assigned to whoever takes it, resulting in little consistency and poor quality control. Our experience dealing with the Minneapolis office was just as disappointing as the service itself. We found them rude, pushy, and untrustworthy. To make matters worse, they took advantage of my 84-year-old mother through a verbal contract and auto-renewal she clearly told them--twice--she did not want. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. There are far better options available for half the price.
