The crew showed up on time, communicated well throughout the project, and their attention to detail really showed in the finished work. It's hard to find a company that takes pride in both the quality of their craftsmanship and their customer service, but Thayne Construction definitely does. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality construction work. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

I submitted an online request through ACR Refrigeration's website, and Adrian got in touch with me…read moreimmediately. He came out the very next day--punctual, professional, and prepared. He was the third HVAC technician I had called, and unlike the others who quoted me sky-high prices, Adrian gave me a clear, honest assessment and didn't try to upsell or overcharge. Not only did he properly diagnose the issue, but he also tuned up my other working unit (cleaned and optimized the outdoor HVAC system) while he was here--going above and beyond. He found a replacement part that was outdated and hard to locate, and still came in at half the cost of other estimates I received. From the time we spoke on Monday to a fully working unit by Saturday, Adrian was efficient, polite, and genuinely cared about getting it done right. He even took extra steps to improve overall performance, without charging a penny more. If you're looking for a small business you can trust--someone who is skilled, fair, and dependable--Adrian at ACR Refrigeration is the one. Highly recommend.

Dalco Contractors & Roofing is awesome. Two years ago they…read moredid great work on a complete shingle replacement, plus they voluntarily replaced some roof sheathing underneath that they noticed was going bad. Then a few days ago after the massive rainstorm in the Dallas area, some water got through. I called Brook and it turned out to be a simple fix on the way the gutters were configured. His top man Humberto modified the gutter, added some flashing and looked over the rest of the roof, doing minor touchup repairs on shingles and vent boots. Humberto also helped me install some VentGuards that I never got around to doing until today. All taken care of so fast with one phone call, at no charge. These days you're lucky to find companies like this, run by people who really care. This review is 100% not solicited.

From the moment I spoke with Ivan on the phone, he was very professional and polite. He calls back, checked in during the job, and answers texts, which is an imperative part of customer service. The crew that came were nice, and did a great job on the Exposed Aggregate in my backyard. Mishap: They tried to clean up as much as they could, but I still had some minor damage to my flower bed due to concrete run off, and spots of white film that did not come off of the concrete with the acid wash(final result photo #1). A crew member did come back to try and clean the flower bed and concrete, but there is still some minor blemishes on both. Besides the mishap, I would recommend them for dependability, reasonable pricing, customer service, and solid concrete work.
