While the bartender was closing out my tab, there was apparently a glitch with the system. Before the bartender even had a chance to re run my card let alone explain what was happening, the doorman came running over to me about my card issue and was looking directly over her shoulder at my card transaction/tab information from behind the bar. I genuinely don't understand why a doorman would have such easy access to customers payment information or tabs in the first place!!! Seeing someone who isn't handling my transaction looking over the bartender's shoulder at my card made me extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about privacy and security. I've been a regular customer, which is why this was especially disappointing. I came in expecting to have a couple of beers and a relaxing Tuesday night, and instead left questioning how securely my payment information is being handled.

I would lure strippers to get on top of the cooler only to fall into the cooler. At which point the stripper and the bartender would argue they used to be an old lady there I don't think she's there anymore she's probably a hundred and fifteen now. I've heard it's improved in terms of cleanliness and quality but the truth is the only thing that's improved is the fact that there is less competition with Sue's rendezvous closing. This place is exactly what it is a place where strippers go where there is no other place left. A place that Bronx girls go to because they think Yonkers is one stop away from Canada and no one's going to run into them. A place where a girl named Odyssey will fall asleep on the bar because she's done too much yak and is crashing midshift. A place that never had a bathroom for women... So they had to use the bathroom with the strippers. I wish them success but I'm going to be for real this is not the greatest place for your function. also what's up with the cross the street and the random parking rule 3 a.m. on a Tuesday they give you a ticket?

I was anticipating a cliche dingy and grimy strip joint but I was very pleasantly surprised. The whole atmosphere of the club screams community and pride. The staff, bartenders, dancers, and managers are friendly and attentive. The main clientele are gay men but you can find a great mix of men and women of all shapes, sizes, and colors. A huge portion of the greater Springfield area comes out to mingle, drink, and just spend time with great company. From Sammy's awesome parties, events, and guest stars to the naked men on the bar-- I would highly recommend X Room to anyone looking for a clean place to meet great people and simply have a blast. Even if you're just passing through Springfield, I promise you won't regret stopping in.
