I got an email from him within an hour requesting photos and more info about the a/c. I sent him the information the next day and he asked me if I'd be around later in the week so his guys could stop by to get some measurements. They popped in that Friday as they were just up the road at the neighboring dairy doing some work. Very nice technicians. They were in and out in a flash. They passed the info on to Fred and I had an estimate the following Tuesday. I have a friend in Crete that is in the HVAC business and I asked him to review the bid and he said the price was good. As it turns out, my friend cut me a "friends & family" deal... so how could I refuse? But I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of Fred and his service techs! I HIGHLY recommend that you give them a look for your next HVAC project!

Allen Nunnekamp has done very good work for us…read more He has had to dig out a sewer pipe for us by hand in order to find our problem (tree roots) and replace the pipe and he fixed it so any blockages can be removed without digging again. He also replace our furnace/airconditioner. In the last year he was able to trouble shoot a couple of problems for us and get it fixed. The last one he told us we could change the water condenser pump ourselves that saved us some money. And we could do it! His office manager left the pump outside for me to pick up so I didn't have to wait on it as he was going to be out of the office. Allen usually makes our place the last on the list for the day if we do need his service since we are neighbors and that way we get a chance to visit and catch up on the latest. Thanks Allen for the great service.

I contacted my insurance company and they extended my "finish" deadline by 30 days. They said if we could find an HVAC guy to quote, fix and/or replace the units by the end of the month they would cover it. I contacted John with Nebraska Heating and Air. I had used Nebraska Heating & Air previously when I had flipped a property in the past. I felt they treated me very well and they did great work. John was able to put together some quotes which included upgrades in some of the quotes. John included why the upgrades would be beneficial and why he recommended them. They worked with my insurance company and replaced both units by the due date. The workers were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and left the work area spotless! They explained the operation and what needed to be done and answered all my questions! I received true customer service, the way it should be. No lip service just actions. I would recommend John and Nebraska Heating & Air to anyone! Their motto is "Where HVAC stands for Honesty, Value and Comfort." Boy they live up to their motto!! KUDOS!!!!
